The Mortgage Bankers Association appointed Sharon Walker as Associate Vice President of Multifamily.

A longstanding member of MBA, Walker brings extensive experience in commercial/multifamily real estate, particularly in servicing and asset management. Before joining MBA, Sharon was Managing Director of FHA Asset Management with RED Mortgage Capital and Vice President of Asset Management with Walker & Dunlop. She has also served as a panelist with mPower.

Fannie Mae Announces Advisory Panel Members for Sustainable Communities Innovation Challenge
Fannie Mae, Washington, D.C., announced formation of an Expert Advisory Panel to support its Sustainable Communities Innovation Challenge.

The Challenge, a two-year $10 million initiative, recently launched the first of its three-phase plan and began accepting contract proposals that will focus on developing collaborative, cross-sector approaches to advancing sustainable communities that will help Fannie Mae address the nation's affordable housing issues..

Gorog Steps Down as President & COO of Landmark Network
Landmark Network Inc., Los Angeles, announced President & COO Hunter Gorog is leaving to pursue other professional opportunities and will assist the company during the transition. He remains a Partner and Board Director.

Gorog joined Landmark in 2010 as the company's Managing Director and was promoted to President & COO in 2012.

IndiSoft Names Goins CFO, Appoints Pallotta to Advisory Board
IndiSoft, Columbia, Md., appointed Kenneth (Ken) M. Goins Jr. as CFO, responsible for growth, operations and financial performance.

KenGoinsGoins brings more than 35 years of domestic and international business experience as CEO, COO and CFO of private and public companies in. He joins IndiSoft from TechCXO, a national consulting firm, where he is a partner. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the Eugene Stetson School of Business and Economics at Mercer University. Previously, he served as vice chairman and CEO of Brightwell Payments Inc., CEO of Prommis Solutions LLC., COO and CFO of the Lender Services Division of LandAmerica Financial Group Inc., and chairman and CEO of INFO1. He also held executive positions with Caredata.com Inc., First Data, MicroBilt and Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Co.

IndiSoft also announced it appointed Frank Pallotta to its advisory board. He currently owns mortgage advisory firm SteelFrankPallotta Curtain Capital Group, LLC, which he founded in 2009. He has also held key positions and senior capital markets roles with Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs & Co.

Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer P.A., Jacksonville, Fla., hired Dawn Berry as Portfolio Performance & Oversight Director, responsible for working with loan servicers and mortgage loan investors.

Berry comes to QPWB with more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage servicing field. Most recently, she worked at a national mortgage loan servicer and was responsible for the management of special servicing for multiple loan pools with various private mortgage investment funds.

Insellerate, Costa Mesa, Calif., hired Daniel Kimm as Director of Sales and Jaime Lee as Director of Marketing.

Both join Insellerate from Velocify. Kimm brings more than 15 years' experience as an executive and sales leader in rapid-growth technology companies, including LowerMyBills.com, LeadPoint, and Oversee.net. Lee has extensive experience building marketing strategies from the ground up at startups as well as enterprise organizations, including VMware, Inc., aJaimeLee subsidiary of Dell Technologies.

Home Point Financial Adds Bradfield, Shuler
Home Point Financial Corp., Ann Arbor, Mich., named Richard Bradfield as Enterprise Chief Financial Officer and Bill Shuler as Chief Information Officer.

Prior to joining Home Point, Bradfield spent more than 25 years with PHH Corp., most recently as Senior Vice President and Head of Originations for its Financial Institutions Group.

Shuler previously served as President of WPS Advisors LLC, and prior to that, as Chief Operating Officer with Genesis Pure. He has nearly twenty years' experience leading business and information technology divisions.

HomeStreet Appoints Patterson to Board of Directors
HomeStreet Inc., Seattle, appointed Mark Patterson to the board of directors of the Company and the board of directors of the Bank.

Patterson previously served as Managing Director and Equity Analyst of NWQ Investment Management Co. LLC, from 1997 until his retirement in 2014, where he oversaw NWQ's financial services sector investments. He was also a director of FBR & Co. from 2015 until the company's sale in 2017, serving on its audit and compensation committees. Prior to joining NWQ, he worked with U.S. Bancorp from 1989 to 1997, serving in a variety of roles including as Vice President of Investor Relations.

WFG Grows National Commercial Services Division with Sheckler
WFG National Title Insurance Co., Portland, Ore., promoted Erin Sheckler to Senior Vice President of its National Commercial Services Division.

Sheckler, who joined WFG in May, brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate and escrow experience to the position, most recently serving as President of a Bellevue, Wash.-based title company. She also served in commercial sales and escrow during her career, including experience with one of the industry's largest underwriters.

IPA Promotes Rose as Senior Managing Director
Institutional Property Advisors, San Diego, a division of Marcus & Millichap, promoted Bill Rose to an advisor role as senior managing director. Rose will focus on sales, financings and joint venture structures of institutional-quality West Coast shopping centers.

Most recently, Rose served as national director of retail for Marcus & Millichap and IPA. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2003. Previously, he was a managing director at HFF where he was active in debt origination, structured finance and investment sales. Prior to that, he spent 13 years at TrizecHahn as director of development leasing and management.
