KenHarrisonGateway Mortgage Names Ken Harrison, CMB, as VP Agency Relations
Gateway Mortgage Group, Jenks, Okla., announced Ken Harrison, CMB, as its Vice President of Agency Relations, responsible for managing relationships with Gateway's investors, government and industry partners. In addition, he will play a key role in product development activities for the firm.

Most recently, Harrison served as a customer account team leader with Fannie Mae, where he managed strategic relationships, business results and performance for select clients including Gateway. Before Fannie Mae, he served with Freddie Mac from 1995 to 2017 in key roles including strategic client management, external operating risk management, servicing relations, and performance management.

ComplianceEase, Burlingame, Calif., appointed Michael Jackman as chief executive officer. Jackman replaces Anita Kwan, co-founder and chief executive officer, who is retiring.

JohnVongJohn Vong, ComplianceEase's other co-founder, has been named executive chairman of the board. In this role, he will be responsible for setting the company's overall vision and strategy, as well expanding partnerships and broadening government outreach.

A veteran technologist, Jackman was part of the team at TRW Real Estate that developed the first software for the online ordering of title, tax, appraisal and credit services: technology that was integral to the growth of First American and later, CoreLogic. Over the course of his 30-plus year career, Jackman held division president positions with HNC Software (now part of Fair Isaac) and Fiserv's LOS division. He was also CIO of Accredited Home Lenders and president and CEO of INTERLINQ Software, which was acquired by Harland Financial Solutions, then D+H Financial Technologies and now part of Finastra.

In 2006, Jackman was acting-CTO of ComplianceEase, as the company searched for a permanent CTO. Since 2005, he has been a member of ComplianceEase's board of advisors.

Samaha and Associates, Miami, engaged Matthew Davidson as senior consultant for business strategies. He will work with credit unions and banks on issues related to selection, implementation, and use of core systems and payment platforms. He will also provide consulting services for management of contract negotiation, merger conversions, technology planning, business development, financial analyses and strategic partnerships.

Davidson is a certified public accountant with more than 30 years of experience working with financial institutions, trade associations and regulatory agencies.

Summit Valuation Solutions, Toledo, Ohio, named Jayson Dammen vice president of national accounts, responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships across the country, as well as identifying strategic opportunities

Dammen has more than 20 years' experience. He was previously vice president of sales in the Western Region for Valuation Partners. Previously, he served as an executive with Deutsche Bank and GMAC RFC.
