Gateway Mortgage Group LLC, Jenks, Okla., hired Jacquelyn Pardue as Director of Purchasing and Vendor Management, responsible for overseeing vendor relationship issues for all business channels and service providers.

Prior to joining Gateway, Pardue was COO of AgileOne Solutions where she managed and maintained relationships with clients as well as oversaw all vendors. She also served as assistant vice president of vendor management at Rushmore Loan Management Services, where she managed 2,000 vendors.

RaymondRitzBuilt Technologies Hires Raymond Ritz as Senior Vice President of Technology
Built Technologies, Nashville, Tenn., hired Raymond Ritz as Senior Vice President of Technology, responsible for leading the company's product and technology development, including software engineering, customer support and implementations.

Before joining Built, Ritz served as vice president of software engineering for naviHealth, where he led the engineering department through a period of rapid expansion and growth. Previously, he was a senior director at Xerox Co., overseeing the global product and software development team's development of public safety products.

Planet Home Lending, Meriden, Conn., hired Donna Edwards as Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for building the human resources structure to support the company's growth. Edwards will manage recruiting, compensation, benefits and training, as well as HR information systems and analytics.

Edwards has nearly 30 years of industry experience. Before joining Planet Home Lending, she was CHRO with Caliber Home Loans, and as Director of Compensation and HRIS with Dal-Tile.

PeterLutzLRES Names Peter Lutz Vice President, National Sales Manager
LRES, Orange, Calif., appointed Peter Lutz as its Vice President and National Sales Manager, responsible for leading the sales, marketing and client services teams.

Lutz has more than 20 years of experience. He was previously Founder and President of Data Control Group LLC., where he provided leadership to the company for 12 years and expanded to more than 1,200 employees with locations in the United States, China, Mexico and the Philippines.

AustinKilgoreJavelin Strategy & Research Names Austin Kilgore to Lead Digital Lending Practice
Javelin Strategy & Research, San Francisco, hired Austin Kilgore to lead the company's expansion into digital lending. He will advise clients on emerging technologies and strategies to deliver faster and more accurate underwriting and portfolio management decisions across mortgage, auto, student and personal loans.

Most recently, Kilgore was editor in chief of National Mortgage News and a contributing editor to American Banker, where he oversaw SourceMedia's coverage and analysis of mortgage finance and real estate. Previous roles at SourceMedia include managing editor of PaymentsSource and Mortgage Technology. Before that, he was an editor and reporter for HousingWire.

Home Point Financial Adds to Correspondent Sales Team
Home Point Financial Corp., Ann Arbor, Mich., announced several new hires in its Correspondent Lending channel.

Home Point announced the following appointments:

--Mark Hayes, Correspondent Sales Manager responsible for Northern California, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Washington;
--Andy Gottman, Correspondent Sales Manager covering Arkansas, Oklahoma and West Texas;
--Sharon Magnuson, Correspondent Sales Manager whose territory includes Colorado, Utah and Wyoming.
--Bob Reinagel as Sales Manager for the Gulf States, primarily covering Alabama and Mississippi;
--Brett Patterson has been hired to focus on large national institutional clients;
--Rusty Leitzsey joins Home Point as Business Development Manager, covering the entire East Division. He will be responsible for adding approved sellers to Home Point's Delegated Correspondent client base.

Appraisal Logistics announced Steven Rouse, Regional Account Manager for the Midwest, has been elected to the Board of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Kansas City.

Rouse already serves as Committee Chair for the Mortgage Bankers Association of St. Louis and President-Elect of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women of the St. Louis greater area.

Rackemann Elects Francesco De Vito as Managing Director
Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster, Boston, announced director Francesco A. De Vito has been named the firm's new managing director, effective July 1. De Vito succeeds Michael F. O'Connell, who has served as the firm's managing director for 27 years. O'Connell will remain chair of the firm's Tax Practice Group and a member of the firm's executive committee.

De Vito joined Rackemann as a director in the Real Estate practice in 2010. He was elected to the firm's executive committee in 2012 and chairs the firm's Finance and Workout Practice Group. In addition to being the firm's managing director, he will remain actively engaged in his law practice, serving clients in the areas of real estate and finance law.
