MuthuSrinivasanPlanet Home Lending, Meriden, Conn., announced Muthu Srinivasan as the company's new Chief Technology Officer and Jeffrey Ratter as Chief Information Officer.

As CTO, Srinivasan will develop and drive technology strategies to support company growth. He will focus on the company's major IT projects, including the continued build-out of digital mortgage and enhancements to Planet Home Lending's digital personal mortgage JeffRatterassistant. Previously, he was vice president of enterprise data management with Impac Mortgage Corp., director of technology service delivery for loanDepot, vice president of technology with Stearns Lending, and vice president senior tech manager for Bank of America.

Ratter will develop Planet's infrastructure, managing information security, IT support, vendor management and facilities. Previously, he served as senior vice president of information technology with Stearns Lending, where he built the infrastructure supporting six joint ventures. Prior to that, he was CIO of Impac Mortgage Corp. Earlier in his career, he was regional vice president of IT Services and Consumer Products with Wells Fargo, managing technology for the bank's second-largest unit.

AllenPriceAllen Price Joins BSI Financial Services as SVP for Sales & Business Development
BSI Financial Services, Irving, Texas, hired Allen Price as senior vice president of sales and business development to lead the company's financial and real estate services lines of business.

Price will be responsible for growing BSI Financial's loan subservicing, quality control, mortgage servicing rights purchase and real estate business lines offered through Entra Solutions, an independent company recently launched by BSI Financial that combines the operations of its title and escrow, real estate and foreclosure and default services.

Prior to BSI Financial, Price served as senior vice president with RoundPoint Financial Group, where he oversaw the company's sales and strategy. His previous background includes senior vice president and national sales executive for ServiceLink's capital markets group and as senior vice president at Nationstar Mortgage, where he led the company's MSR and subservicing acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Price was a senior risk executive for BBVA's residential mortgage portfolio and a senior vice president for global structured finance and RMBS trading for Bank of America.
