Format: Both courses are offered in the instructor-guided online course format, and include readings, homework activities, virtual field trips, a case study, quizzes, online discussions and a final exam. Target Audience: Mortgage Loan Originators with 0 - 1 years' experience

MBA Education's School of Loan Origination (SOLO) - The Fundamentals of Loan Origination is designed for mortgage originators who have recently passed the NMLS pre-licensing course or have 0 - 1 years' experience as a mortgage loan originator (MLO) and for processors considering a sales position.

This course provides an in-depth working knowledge of how to originate residential mortgage loans. It begins with a historical perspective of how past practices led us to the current environment. School of Loan Origination II IGOL - Refining Your Origination Skills - May 2019:
Tuesday, May 21 - Thursday, June 13, 2019

    • Week 3: 6/4, 6/6

Target Audience: Mortgage Loan Originators with 1 - 2 years' experience or who are looking to take the next step after School of Loan Origination I.
