Regina M. Lowrie, CMB, has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry with a background that includes senior management experience in sales, operations, acquisitions and investments, enterprise risk management, regulatory oversight, and policies and procedures. Moreover, Lowrie has experience running profitable mortgage banking operations in OCC federally-regulated and independent mortgage banking environments. And, she has experience working closely with boards in various positions.

Lowrie is Founder, President and CEO of RML Investments Inc., d/b/a RML Advisors. RML Investments was established in 1994 and is located in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. RML Advisors' charter is to serve the financial services industry as an advisor and consultant; providing a broad range of services in assisting its clients in developing a blueprint for success in a volatile market with numerous regulatory challenges. RML Advisors is also a specialized advisory firm focused on helping mortgage banking clients analyze various enterprise risks, including compliance risks associated with service providers.

Lowrie is known for being passionate and an advocate for the mortgage banking industry. She holds the distinction of being the first woman Chairman of MBA in the organization's 94-year history (2005). And, she was also the first woman to lead the MBA of Greater Philadelphia in 1995.

2006 - Philadelphia Business Journal and National Association of Women Business Owners' 2006 Women of Distinction Award.

2006 - Recognized by the Credit Counseling Community Services of Delaware Valley as an outstanding member of the Philadelphia community, receiving the "A Credit to Greater Philadelphia Community Award."

2013 - Mortgage Banking Leading Industry Women Honoree, a class of 20 standout industry women whose accomplishments have been significant in the real estate finance business leadership over the years.

2014 - Received the American Association for Women in Community Colleges Trustee of the Year Award (April). Also, received Montgomery County Community College Leading Woman Award and recognized for her philanthropic endeavors (June).

Lowrie has testified before Congress on public policy to include GSE Reform and been an expert witness for the financial services industry. Local and national news media continue to contact her for insight on mortgage banking industry news, and she has been featured in several articles national and locally, including in The Scotsman Guide, Philadelphia Inquirer and Mortgage Banking Magazine.

Lowrie has served on advisory boards and several committees with the Mortgage Bankers Association, and continues to be an advisor and mentor for those in the financial services industry and women in business.

She attended the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flager Business School, and is a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB).
