Sheila M. Strong is Partner and Co-Founder of Strong Estrada, PLLC. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry, Sheila Strong has assisted depository and non-depository identify mechanisms to utilize mortgage compliance as a competitive advance and navigate the ever-changing regulatory environment. Ms. Strong has developed Compliance Management Systems designed to implement, monitor, improve, and revise corporate policies and procedures to serve the mortgage needs of consumers in a manner that is consistent with ethical lending and servicing practices. As a former mortgage loan originator and a former SVP of Compliance and General Counsel, Ms. Strong brings real-world experiences in implementing compliance management strategies.

Russell R. Bruch provides strategic advice to guide companies through complex US Department of Labor (DOL) audit investigations and defends corporate clients in high-stakes employment litigation, including collective and class actions and wage and hour matters. As co-leader of the firm’s aerospace and defense practice, Russell counsels government contractors on compliance with the Service Contract Act, prevailing wage, and other wage and hour requirements. He also provides advice to energy and construction industry clients navigating compliance requirements associated with the Inflation Reduction Act.
Kris Kully is a partner in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC office and a member of the Consumer Financial Services group. She concentrates her practice on federal and state regulatory compliance matters affecting providers of consumer financial products and services, particularly residential mortgage loan origination and servicing.
Jed Mayk is a partner in the Pennsylvania office of Hudson Cook and Chair of the firm’s Mortgage Lending and Servicing Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on state and federal regulatory compliance for the mortgage and home equity lending programs of banks and licensed lenders. Jed advises clients on TILA, RESPA and the other core mortgage banking laws. Jeff Naimon is a Partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliff LLP, with more than 25 years of experience assisting bank and nonbank financial services providers (and investors in same) with regulatory, enforcement, and transactional matters. He defends financial services companies facing complex examination or enforcement matters before the CFPB, FTC, and federal and state banking regulators, with a focus on fair lending, UDAAP, loan servicing, privacy and credit reporting, debt collection, servicemember protections, and other consumer protection issues. He assists banks and nonbanks (including fintech entities) structure, negotiate, and operate a variety of partnerships, outsourcing programs and other third-party arrangements.
