His experience includes executive, senior management, and mid-level management positions at major financial institutions and lenders, including online and startup platforms.

    Andrew possesses over two decades of expertise in regulatory compliance and safety and soundness across various regulatory bodies, banks, and non-banking institutions. He earned an accounting degree from Kean University and a master's in public administration from New York University. Andrew is an alumnus of the ABA's Stonier Graduate School of Banking, the Harvard Senior Executive Fellow leadership program, and is a commissioned examiner with two federal regulatory agencies. He holds multiple certifications such as CMB, CRCM, CERP, CAMS, CFE, CFCS, FLE, RIMS-CRMP-FED, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, LCAM, CMCA, and CFCAM.
