Chris Hilliard is the Chief Executive Officer of Winnow. He is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) with over 20 years of industry experience in consumer, commercial, residential mortgage lending, and general banking legal and compliance management. His experience includes executive, senior management, and mid-level management positions at major financial institutions and lenders, including online and startup platforms.
Andrew possesses over two decades of expertise in regulatory compliance and safety and soundness across various regulatory bodies, banks, and non-banking institutions. He earned an accounting degree from Kean University and a master's in public administration from New York University. Andrew is an alumnus of the ABA's Stonier Graduate School of Banking, the Harvard Senior Executive Fellow leadership program, and is a commissioned examiner with two federal regulatory agencies. He holds multiple certifications such as CMB, CRCM, CERP, CAMS, CFE, CFCS, FLE, RIMS-CRMP-FED, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, LCAM, CMCA, and CFCAM.
Jerra H. Ryan is well-versed in all areas of residential loan production. She led $250 million in annual production as a producing branch manager and top-ranked originator before moving her unique fusion of experience as a sales leader, paralegal, and consumer educator to her roles developing and enabling compliance. Jerra advocates for what we can do in mortgage compliance and production and as a senior leader, consultant, speaker, and instructor, she works to raise the compliance IQ and fluency of mortgage professionals.
