Sharon Reichhardt is the Executive Vice President of Operations at ACES Quality Management and has 30+ years of banking and mortgage industry experience, most of which were spent in the Quality Control department of EverBank (now TIAA). Her previous experience includes external audit management, technology administration and adoption, audit management and reporting for residential mortgage origination, servicing, consumer banking and lending, and commercial lending. Sharon's hands-on experience with ACES both as a client and a team member gives her a unique perspective when working with clients and industry partners. Sharon is the winner of HousingWire's Insiders Award, HousingWire's Tech Trendsetters and MPA Elite Women Award, and is also a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences.
