Joshua Weinberg is a nationally recognized speaker, author, consultant, and leader in the mortgage industry. He is the President of Firstline Compliance (www.firstlinecompliance.com), a consulting company specializing in mortgage compliance and technology. He works closely with Federal and State Regulators and participates with many industry associations. He is currently Vice Chair of MBA's State Regulatory Compliance Committee, leads MBA’s LEP Working Group, and is the past Chair of MBA’s Regulatory Compliance Committee, a member of ABA’s Residential Markets Committee, and Past Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for MISMO.

Amy Greenwood-Field is a Member (Partner) in McGlinchey’s Consumer Financial Services Compliance practice group. Amy is a former state regulator for 15 years and a nationally recognized leader on Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) compliance. She counsels financial institutions on a national basis in a wide range of matters related to residential and commercial mortgage lending, consumer and commercial finance lending, debt collection and money services, and offers particular capabilities for FinTech and money services clients in transactions involving cryptocurrency, virtual currency, and digital assets. Amy is a member of the NMLS Industry Development Working Group, a panel of industry members that directly advises on the development and regulatory concerns surrounding system use, and frequently submits issues for discussion and resolution to the NMLS Ombudsman. She also serves as the inaugural chair of the Money Transmitter Regulators Association (MTRA) Industry Advisory Council.
Jim Payne is the Deputy Commissioner for Consumer and Mortgage Lending at the Kansas Office of the State Bank Commissioner (OSBC) and is appointed the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) Ombudsman with Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS). The CML Division oversees nonbank entities across a range of industries, including licensing and examinations. Jim previously served as Director of Examinations, Director of Licensing, Regional Manager, and Financial Examiner with OSBC. As NMLS Ombudsman, Jim sits on the NMLS Policy Committee. He previously served as President of the American Conference of Uniform Consumer Credit Code States.
Elizabeth Rychlinski serves as a Senior Director at CSBS where she specializes in product management and analysis for the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS). Her role involves overseeing and guiding strategic initiatives related to NMLS, contributing to the development and enhancement of products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. She holds a master’s degree in Data Science from George Washington University.
