As co-chair of McGlinchey’s national Financial Services Litigation practice, Shaun Ramey is a litigator, trial lawyer, and trusted advisor. He represents financial services providers, real estate entities, mortgagees, loan servicers, banks, car and manufactured housing lenders, and ancillary product providers in consumer financial services litigation, including single-party and class action cases. In particular, he works on matters alleging fraud, breach of contract, and violations of consumer protection statutes such as the RESPA, FDCPA, FCRA. He also counsels clients on compliance, default, collection, and general loan and servicing operations, and represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in real estate transactions. Shaun is also Managing Member of McGlinchey’s Nashville office and serves on the firm’s executive Policy Committee.

Lauren Campisi is a partner at Hinshaw and Culbertson LLP and is recognized as a national leader in the field of consumer financial services. She provides strategic, practical advice on federal and state law compliance matters, as well as federal and state enforcement actions and supervisory examinations and single-party and class action litigation. Her clients include national and state-chartered banks, national mortgage lenders and servicers, automotive and personal property finance companies, installment lenders, and online lenders. She has also helped clients navigate state lending and licensing laws, as well as state debt collection laws and regulations. She is the current Chair of the Louisiana Bankers Association Bank Counsel Committee.
Jeff Naimon is a Partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Buckley LLP, with more than 25 years of experience assisting bank and nonbank financial services providers (and investors in same) with regulatory, enforcement, and transactional matters. He defends financial services companies facing complex examination or enforcement matters before the CFPB, FTC, and federal and state banking regulators, with a focus on fair lending, UDAAP, loan servicing, privacy and credit reporting, debt collection, servicemember protections, and other consumer protection issues. He assists banks and nonbanks (including fintech entities) structure, negotiate, and operate a variety of partnerships, outsourcing programs and other third-party arrangements.
