Jamie Huseth serves as Vice President of the Loan Origination QC Audit Division at TENA Companies, where she leads the delivery of comprehensive pre-funding and post-closing audit services. With over 20 years of experience spanning all facets of mortgage quality control, her background includes roles such as Mortgage Quality Control Auditor, QC Editor, and Mortgage Fraud Investigator specializing in forensic audits. Mrs. Huseth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, and she is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager through the American Bankers Association. Before joining TENA, she held a variety of positions within the mortgage industry, including loan processor, originator and closer.

Candace serves Senior Director of Loan Quality at Fannie Mae. Candace develops, implements, and monitors loan quality standards; evaluates the quality of loan deliveries; and oversees the effectiveness of lender quality control practices. This includes leading a team that works with Fannie Mae lenders focused on loan manufacturing controls, quality control practices, and quality results.

Sharon Reichhardt is the Executive Vice President of Operations at ACES Quality Management and has 30+ years of banking and mortgage industry experience, most of which were spent in the Quality Control department of EverBank. Her previous experience includes external audit management, technology administration and adoption, audit management and reporting for residential mortgage origination, servicing, consumer banking and lending, and commercial lending. Sharon's hands-on experience with ACES both as a client and a team member gives her a unique perspective when working with clients and industry partners. Sharon is the winner of HousingWire's Insiders Award, HousingWire's Tech Trendsetters and MPA Elite Women Award, and is also a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences.

Jessica Wright is the Senior Director of Loan Quality at Rocket Companies, leading critical functions in Quality Control, Repurchase, and Fraud Prevention. With over 20 years of extensive mortgage industry experience, Jessica has cultivated a deep understanding of the lending landscape, beginning her career as a financial and HUD mortgage delinquency counselor for a non-profit organization. Throughout her tenure at Rocket, Jessica has demonstrated versatility by working across both Servicing and Origination spaces, with her recent focus primarily centered on Origination quality processes. She is recognized for her passionate commitment to innovation, consistently seeking opportunities to transform and modernize Quality Control methodologies and policies.
