Shawn Telford currently serves as the Chief Appraiser for CoreLogic. Telford has been active in the real estate appraisal industry since 1993 and has deep experience in mortgage lending, collateral management and valuation technology. Telford is passionate about driving innovation in the valuation industry. After joining CoreLogic in 2007, Telford successfully led several initiatives to create and implement software as a service and automated risk-based collateral review solutions. Telford is a member of the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) and a past member of the Appraisal Standards Board (ASB). Telford holds a M.B.A., a MS in Computer Information Systems, and a BS in Business Management.

Wes serves as the Executive VP of Sales Operations. Wes fosters collaboration across departments and leads initiatives, enhances processes, and drives system utilization to improve productivity. Wes is a Certified Real Estate appraiser and in 2011 created the AnnieMac Appraisal Administration group that manages a panel of top real estate appraisers across the country. Wes has authored articles on appraising for lending and been a speaker at Valuation Expo. Prior to his current role, Wes was responsible for Quality Control and Fraud Prevention at AnnieMac, directed Internal Audit, managed the Project Approval Team, led Counterparty Risk in Wholesale and Correspondent lending, sat on the Risk Management Committee, created the Collateral Underwriting team to underwrite appraisals, and
Yana Rusovski focuses her legal practice on the real estate, finance, and government sectors, with particular emphasis on regulatory compliance, preventative counseling, and defending against enforcement actions. She has vast experience with the Fair Housing Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, among others, and frequently engages with federal regulators. Yana spent more than a decade working for HUD, where she led and managed investigations and compliance reviews of privately-owned multifamily housing providers, financial institutions, and hundreds of recipients of federal funding. She is widely recognized as an industry leader in negotiating HUD conciliation agreements.
