Michael O’Connor is Executive Vice President/General Counsel. He leads a team of legal and regulatory specialists across all functions at LoanCare. His experience in Legal, Operations, Regulatory and Legislative issues guides executives in an ever-changing landscape. Previously, Michael was Chief Legal Counsel of Mortgage for PNC Bank and BBVA Compass Bank, covering a variety of issues. During his 22 years in private practice, Michael advised most of the major mortgage lenders in the Southeastern United States. He served as General Counsel to the Mortgage Bankers of Alabama for over 20 years and has been active in the Mortgage Bankers of America since 1989. Michael earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama, as well an undergraduate degree in Labor Relations.

Colleen Fox is a partner in Saul Ewing’s Consumer Financial Services Litigation Group. Colleen represents financial institutions in defense of state and federal consumer protection claims, including under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Truth in Lending Act, New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, and various other state and federal consumer protection statutes. In addition to traditional litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, Colleen has extensive experience representing clients in alternative dispute forums.
John has a national class action and trial practice representing national, regional and local banks, lenders, consumer reporting agencies, mortgage lenders and servicers, auto finance companies, furnishers, debt collectors, law firms and other related consumer finance entities in federal and state consumer litigation, including claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Truth in Lending Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and other federal and state statutes, and common law.
Badri Sridhar is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting's Consumer Financial Services practice, specializing in assisting financial institutions and their outside counsel with regulatory requirements related to consumer financial protection. Mr. Sridhar has over 15 years of experience in performing current state assessments of various banking processes, implementing regulatory change management initiatives, and presenting his findings and recommendations to C-Suite executives. Mr. Sridhar’s experience has covered a variety of consumer financial protection regulations including TILA, SCRA, and issues related to UDAAP. Further, he has extensive experience related to the FCRA including in the areas of credit furnishing, credit dispute handling processes and complaints management.
