As a 30 year veteran of the mortgage industry, Pam has worn many hats in the financial management side of mortgage banking. She got her start in in Orange County, California in the 1980’s while still a college student at UC Irvine, performing various investor reporting and accounting functions while working as a receptionist at a local mortgage banking firm. She went on to various accounting and finance roles, including 10 years with Deloitte where she served as an industry specialist in the Audit and Advisory Practice. She was part of the restructuring team at Aurora Loan Services after the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers, and prior to CBC Mortgage Agency, was Chief Financial Officer of a $3.7 billion independent mortgage bank. In 1999 she earned her designation as a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) the industry standard of professional success, symbolizing respect, credibility, ethics and achievement within real estate finance. A CPA, she is also serves as Chair of the Mortgage Bankers Association ’s Accounting and Finance Committee.
Mo Oursler is an established mortgage executive, serving as EVP of the Mortgage Career Exchange – the beyond career platform for mortgage professionals. In prior roles, he served as Chief Operating Officer and division President where he oversaw loan origination & operations. He has also held executive roles as Chief Credit Officer, Senior Vice President of Operations and University, and Vice President of Capital Markets. Oursler recently earned his Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association and is an alumnus of the CXEA Customer Service Academy with the DiJulius Group. Oursler received a B.S. degree in Finance from York College of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. at the Wharton School of Business.

As Head of the National Mortgage Practice and Risk Management Practice, Jeff is a recognized subject matter expert in the mortgage industry and has an outstanding track record for leading client engagements in the areas of risk management, servicing, originations, and capital markets. During his career, Jeff has worked with a wide range of products including mortgage products, commercial loans, asset backed securities and derivatives. He has successfully developed, implemented and enhanced enterprise, operational, compliance and credit risk management processes and frameworks at major financial institutions. Jeff has successfully managed regulatory relationships and consent order projects with key regulatory/oversight bodies including the OCC, Treasury Department and Federal Trade Commission. Jeff began his career as an OCC Bank Examiner where he actively participated and, in some cases, led safety and soundness and consumer compliance examinations.
