Mike Fratantoni, Ph.D. is MBA’s Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of Research and Industry Technology. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing MBA’s industry surveys, benchmarking studies, economic and mortgage originations forecasts, industry technology efforts and policy development research for both single-family and commercial/multifamily markets. Additionally, Fratantoni is president and member of the Board of Directors of MISMO and serves on the CSP’s Industry Advisory Group and the membership committee of MERS. Prior to joining MBA, Fratantoni worked in the industry in risk management and senior economist roles at Washington Mutual and Fannie Mae.

Tiffany is Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Lument, based in its New York City office. She is responsible for the company’s planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical function that informs and drives Lument’s strategic decisions and overall financial health. Tiffany joined Hunt Real Estate Capital, a predecessor of Lument in 2016. Prior to joining the commercial real estate lending industry, Tiffany worked in corporate finance at Starwood Hotels and Resorts as well as in Investment Banking at CIBC. Tiffany received a Bachelor of Applied Science as well as Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and is a Certified Management Accountant.
Patrick Journy joined Lima One in 2024 as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, he focuses on empowering company growth through strategic financial and accounting initiatives while ensuring profitability and stability of operations. Patrick began his career as an auditor for international accounting firms and gained expertise in the mortgage field during this work. He then moved in-house as a Controller with banks and mortgage originators and servicers in Georgia, Alabama, and Texas, with a specialty in finance transformation. In 2018 he became CFO of a mortgage-based asset manager and servicing oversight firm and has served in C-level financial roles for mortgage lenders and mortgage REITs since then. He has more than 15 years of mortgage experience.
Judith Ricks is Associate Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Research at the Mortgage Bankers Association. In this role, she is responsible for developing commercial and multifamily industry surveys and reports, managing the commercial real estate forecasts, and policy development and research for mortgage markets. Ricks has extensive knowledge of mortgages markets and real estate finance. She has published dozens of economic analysis and reports for academic and policy audiences. Prior to joining MBA, Ricks was Deputy Assistant Director of Consumer and Household Research and Policy in the Office of Research at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. She received a Ph.D. in economics from Syracuse University and a B.A. in economics from Vanderbilt University. Ricks also previously served as an adjunct professor at The George Washington University.
Christine Tarantino is Vice President of financial planning and analysis for PGIM Real Estate. In this capacity, Christine is responsible for the financial reporting, planning and analysis, capital management and budget / expense management for PGIM RE Debt strategies along with PGIM RE’s Agency and Agriculture platform. Prior to this role, Christine worked at Johnson & Johnson's global marketing organization where she was responsible for marketing budgets, product pricing and launches for global brands such as Tylenol, Listerine and Zyrtec. Previously, Christine held FP&A roles within Prudential’s Chief Investment Office and Asset Liability Management organization supporting Prudential’s General Account. Christine holds a BS in Finance and received her MBA from Rutgers Business School
