Brian Friedman is Vice President of Sales at Loan Vision, where he leads national sales strategy and execution across independent mortgage banks, credit unions, and depositories. With more than 20 years of experience spanning financial technology, accounting systems, and go-to-market leadership, Brian focuses on helping mortgage lenders gain clearer financial insight and improve operational performance. He has held executive roles in both software and professional services organizations and is known for bridging the gap between technology and practical business outcomes. At Loan Vision, he works closely with lenders navigating growth, complexity, and change in today’s mortgage environment.

Snezhina Panova-Bakri serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Audit Officer for Mr. Cooper Group, overseeing the company’s internal audit function assessing business and financial risks for the company. Snezhina joined Mr. Cooper in June 2020 serving as VP, Accounting Policies and Internal Controls and most recently as VP, Controller. Snezhina has more than 12 years of experience focused on organizational internal controls, management and preparation of public filings and various accounting functions. Prior to joining Mr. Cooper Group, Snezhina served as the Head of Financial Reporting and Internal Controls for MoneyGram International, and before that, she was with UnitedHealth Group, serving primarily on their Financial Reporting and Accounting Policies teams.
Carlin Power is the Head of AI Product Engagement for JLL, where she is developing, pressure testing, and continuously improving the vision and strategy for an AI-enabled employee experience. In less than a year, her team has supported positioning JLL as the AI leader in commercial real estate, improved AI fluency across 10s of thousands of employees, and driven the proliferation of AI tools and platforms across the enterprise. 17 thousand employees are using generative AI tools every day at JLL and that number continues to climb month over month. Carlin has been in commercial real estate for over a decade and has held a variety of positions in asset management, debt underwriting, strategic M&A, and technology. She holds degrees in business, economics, GIS and has her M.B.A.
