Joe Ludlow has led the Advantage Systems sales and marketing team for twenty years. During that time, Accounting for Mortgage Bankers, or AMB, has become the industry leader for mortgage accounting software, with over 300 mortgage firms actively using AMB. Joe oversees the AMB User Conference, trade shows, PR, and online marketing efforts as well. After graduating from Pomona College, Joe worked in commercial real estate, ultimately for Cushman and Wakefield. He followed his interest in real estate and lending technology to his current role at Advantage Systems.

Augie Del Rio is co-founder and CEO of Gallus Insights. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Vice President at Goldman Sachs in New York, where he advised financial services companies on M&A and capital structure optimization. After five years on Wall Street, he joined Caliber Home Loans as Head of Finance, where he was led the company’s financial and strategic planning initiatives. Augie began his career at PwC and served as a Consumer Banking Deputy Director for HSBC’s LatAm region. Augie holds an MBA from Yale University and is an Economics major from the University of Amsterdam. He enjoys tennis and lives in Chicago with his wife Paulina and twin daughters Sofia and Elena.
Planet Home Lending's Director of Financial Planning and Analysis David Fratangelo's more than two decades of experience spans the correspondent, retail, servicing and wholesale channels, giving him a unique ability to provide forecasts and insights to executive leaders in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Planet Home Lending, he held positions at Capital One, Wachovia, Saxon, and a private equity group.
Michael Murgado joined Lennar Financial Services in 2019. As the Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller, Michael plays a pivotal role in driving financial success in the mortgage division within Lennar. Notably, he has accelerated the monthly financial close process to a timeline of less than three days, an accomplishment that underscores his commitment to efficiency and precision. Additionally, the finance team has been able to zero in on improving their forecasting abilities and bring financial data closer to the operators of the business. Michael is passionate about harnessing the potential of data analytics to steer every facet of the business. His vision is clear: to aim to empower the next generation of accountants with a "data-first" mentality, ensuring that data-driven solutions take precedence.
