Marina Walsh, CMB, is Vice President of Industry Analysis in MBA's Research and Economics Department, specializing in industry performance benchmarking for residential lenders and servicers. She leads the management and direction for the Mortgage Bankers Performance Reports, the Peer Group Survey and Roundtable Program, the Servicing Operations Study, the Warehouse Lender Study, and other studies that measure lender performance. She is MBA's spokesperson for all servicing-related studies including the National Delinquency Survey and the Loan Monitoring Survey. Prior to joining MBA, Walsh was a manager in Ernst and Young's Real Estate Advisory Services Group. She has previously been named to HousingWire's "Women of Influence" list. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia University.

Kathryn M. Ferriman joined SitusAMC as Vice President, Analytics in early 2020, with more than 10 years of experience focused on analytics, advisory and valuation services for mortgage servicing rights, focusing on both forward and reverse MSRs. Before her time at SitusAMC, she was MSR Valuation Manager at Citizens Bank, where she was responsible for overseeing daily valuations for the servicing rights valuation team. Previously, she was Vice President of Analytics at PHOENIX. She also teaches as part of the MBA’s School of Mortgage Servicing online program, focusing on MSR management day. She holds a B.S.B.A. in international business and an M.A. in International Studies with a concentration in statistics, both from the University of Denver.
Matt is an Ernst & Young LLP partner and serves Banking & Capital Markets clients. He leads the EY Mortgage Banking Assurance practice and is based in Dallas, Texas. Matt has significant experience with the application of banking specific accounting pronouncements. Matt holds a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
