Cameron N. Beane is the Capital Markets Director for Milliman. Cameron recently joined Milliman after almost three decades of managing capital markets and portfolio management groups at both public and private banks, mortgage REITs, and independent mortgage banking firms. These companies where he held senior level executive roles where: SunTrust, EverBank/TIAA Bank, TD Bank, Genworth and GMAC. Mr. Beane’s core competencies are in the areas of pricing, hedging, product liquidity, capital/credit analysis, portfolio management, technical accounting for mortgage banking, and developing/implementing complex risk management/trading strategies. Mr. Beane had oversight of product development and implementation as well as a multi-disciplined approach to asset retention and sales/securitization. He served as a senior member of executive committee’s as well as regulator (Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, & CFPB) point of contact for residential/consumer assets.

With extensive experience in mortgage banking and mortgage servicing, Seth leads the Mortgage Banking Consulting Services practice at Richey May. A sought-after speaker, he often speaks on liquidity and the overall challenges in the mortgage industry. Seth joined Richey May from the STRATMOR Group where he was a principal. Prior to joining STRATMOR, he was EVP of Trading and Analytics at Phoenix Capital. Seth also served as SVP, Servicing Asset Manager at SunTrust Mortgage for more than 10 years, where he developed and led their servicing rights valuation team. His career also includes accounting, analytics and auditing roles at Bank of America, KPMG LLP and United Financial Inc. Seth holds the designation of Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) from the MBA.
Beginning his mortgage industry career in 2002 in Grand Prairie, TX, Paul Yarbrough progressed from an intern in accounting to key roles in Secondary Marketing and Capital Markets with both independent mortgage bankers and a depository. A graduate of West Texas A&M, boasting a BA in Finance and a minor in Economics, Paul transitioned to Mortgage Capital Trading in 2015. He now helms the Client Success Group as Sr. Director, drawing from his two-decade industry experience.
