Santo is the Senior Partner in charge of the Accounting and Auditing Practice at ACS. He is responsible for ACS’s Mortgage Banking division. He is one of ACS’s founding Partners. Santo began his professional career as an audit member of the NYC CPA firms Yohalem, Gillman & Company LLP (now part of Anchin Block & Anchin) and Berenson, Berenson, Adler LLP (now part of CohnReznick). Throughout his professional career, Santo has been providing audit, accounting and tax services to various industries, including mortgage banking, private lending, debt Collection services, asset-based lenders, manufacturing, construction contractors and real estate. Santo’s experience covers the full range of audit, accounting, consulting and tax services. Santo believes that constant interaction with clients throughout the year provides a proactive approach to financial and tax strategies. Santo has published articles in the Scottsman Guide and has been asked to speak on various accounting and tax topics at the Mortgage Bankers Financial Accounting and Management Conference, The Mortgage Collaborative as well as the Loan Vision User Conference. In addition to his professional work experience, Santo has also served as an adjunct accounting professor at Wagner College in New York and at Fairleigh Dickinson Graduate School in New Jersey. Santo is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of New Jersey, New York and California.

Jared Frost is a tax partner and leads Richey May’s Mortgage Banking Tax Practice. He has managed relationships with clients in various industries, including mortgage banking, real estate, wholesale, retail and professional services. He currently specializes in providing tax compliance and consulting services to privately held mortgage banking companies throughout the country. Jared helps clients understand the tax opportunities and consequences that arise from their business decisions. Previously, he worked at KPMG, LLP. Jared grew up in Los Angeles, but now resides in Parker, Colorado with his wife, Holly, and their seven children.
Brad Marckx began his career approximately 28 years ago as a revenue agent with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). His background with the IRS and master’s degree in Taxation (MT) provides a solid foundation in helping private and public businesses address critical tax planning and compliance issues. At CohnReznick, Brad is focused in areas that include federal and state tax planning and compliance, ASC 740, Accounting for income taxes (including documentation of uncertain positions), entity choice, and strategic plans and forecasts. Brad is your tax advocate to align the short and long-range business tax objectives. He is known for listening to individual and management teams objectives and educating clients on various tax options through a collaborative approach. These may include state nexus issues, merger and acquisition taxation, or other complex situations. Brad’s broad industry experience focuses include mortgage banking, real estate, manufacturing, technology, and healthcare. In addition to servicing clients, Brad participates in the Valor Mission Project helping disabled veterans, first responders, and their family members, and is a member of the Oklahoma State University, School of Accounting Advisory Board.
Lucy Anne Turek, CPA has been practicing public accounting since 2007, with a focus on mortgage banking companies and high net worth individuals. Her expertise includes state income tax filing and apportionment rules for mortgage companies. Lucy is active in the state of Texas’ accountancy community, including currently serving on the Texas Society of CPAs Board of Directors, the University of North Texas Accounting Junior Advisory Board, and the Dallas CPA Society’s Leadership Development Committee. In 2019, she was honored by the Texas Society of CPAs as a Rising Star. Lucy is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Texas.
