Marina Walsh, CMB, is Vice President of Industry Analysis in MBA's Research and Economics Department, specializing in industry performance benchmarking for residential lenders and servicers. She leads the management and direction for the Mortgage Bankers Performance Reports, the Peer Group Survey and Roundtable Program, the Servicing Operations Study, the Warehouse Lender Study, and other studies that measure lender performance. She is MBA's spokesperson for all servicing-related studies including the National Delinquency Survey and the Loan Monitoring Survey. Prior to joining MBA, Walsh was a manager in Ernst and Young's Real Estate Advisory Services Group. She has previously been named to HousingWire's "Women of Influence" list. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia University.

Garth Graham heads STRATMOR’s Sales, Marketing and M&A practices. Garth has over 30 years of experience in origination, from Fortune 500 companies to successful startups, including management of two of the most successful e-commerce platforms. Strategy Consulting - helping banks and independent mortgage bankers determine profitability, risks and opportunities for various business channels. Mergers and Acquisitions - We help companies choose the right investment partners, leveraging our years of experience and rich data set. STRATMOR is best known for its ongoing partnership with the MBA in conducting the MBA/STRATMOR Peer Group Benchmarking Program, providing insight to top mortgage firms since 1998.

Managing Director and Partner, Boston Consulting Group

Dimitrios (Dimi) is a Partner and Managing Director in the Seattle office of The Boston Consulting Group. He is one of BCG's regional and credit union experts and works on topics around cost, strategy, funding, capital markets, operations and technology. Prior to joining BCG, Dimitrios was an Investment Banker with Citi in New York at the Financial Sponsors group and a Senior Investment analyst with IFC (World Bank's $70bn Private Equity arm) investing in Financial Institutions globally. Dimitrios received his MBA at the Wharton Business School with concentrations in Finance and Management and was the recipient of the Morgenthau scholarship. He holds a BA in Economics with a dissertation in Slavic Languages from Harvard University.
