Wendy Penn is Associate Vice President of Affordable Housing Initiatives at the Mortgage Bankers Association. In her role, she provides strategic leadership and management of MBA’s efforts to facilitate new solutions to rental and housing affordability challenges. Wendy leads the execution of MBA’s CONVERGENCE place-based initiatives, oversees the work of two MBA member advisory councils on affordable housing, staffs MBA’s Consumer Affairs Advisory Council, and manages a variety of special projects.

Meghan C. Bartholomew, EVP Credit and Counterparty Risk Management for Radian Guaranty Inc., is responsible Lender/Servicer Risk Management, Credit Policy, Quality Control and the GSE Relationships. Ms. Bartholomew joined Radian in 2002 as a transaction manager in the Capital Markets department. In this role, she managed the underwriting of bulk mortgage insurance transactions, financial guaranty of asset back securities, and reinsurance of the mortgage insurance portfolio. In 2008, Ms. Bartholomew moved into the Risk Management as a Counterparty Risk Manager, and in 2014, her responsibility expanded to include Credit Risk Management and Quality Control. Prior to joining Radian, Ms. Bartholomew was a Financial Services consultant for Accenture.

Maria Evans leads the Community Impact team which delivers positive social & environmental outcomes for homeowners, renters & communities by executing community-based initiatives in support of Fannie Mae’s Mission. Ms. Evans is responsible for cultivating partnership opportunities with organizations that focus on historically underserved communities & supporting innovative projects with healthy affordable housing at the center. She is also responsible for promoting climate resilience & partnering with local leaders to support their long-term housing recovery plans following natural disasters. Additionally, Ms. Evans oversees the company’s corporate citizenship efforts & is responsible for the enterprise strategy to engage Fannie Mae’s 8,000 employees through volunteerism & giving programs.

Community Development Manager Metro PA/NJ, TD Bank

Jimmy Gastner is a Community Development Manager for TD Bank. In this role, Jimmy ensures that the Pennsylvania-New Jersey market meets its Community Reinvestment Act goals and objectives, making TD The Better Bank for community and economic development. To do this, he connects with community and municipal leaders to understand and help address pressing local issues. Jimmy also collaborates with lines of business and the TD Charitable Foundation to provide a full range of financial products and services that further economic development initiatives critical to affordable housing, neighborhood revitalization, community service, and small business development. Prior to joining TD Bank in August 2022, Jimmy was a Community Engagement Associate with the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.

Donna Greene is a Vice President at Wells Fargo serving as a Senior Business Growth Strategy Consultant for the Home Lending Diverse Segments group. Acting as a diverse segment subject matter expert in this role, Greene works through internal and external partnerships and strategic alliances to advance homeownership, serving diverse customers and underserved communities. She is responsible for a disciplined approach developing and executing strategies focused on helping households successfully achieve and sustain the dream of homeownership. Greene joined Wells Fargo in 2003 bringing with her over 35 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, she worked with a mortgage corporation managing mortgage production for the City of Los Angeles and the South Bay District. She has held a variety of progressive leadership positions including District Manager, Branch Manager, and Real Estate Mortgage Manager. She is a direct endorsement underwriter for FHA and has automatic approval for VA.
