Camelia Martin is Vice President of eMortgage Strategy and Industry Affairs at Snapdocs. In this role, she helps advance the digitization of mortgage closings by collaborating with a broad spectrum of industry participants including lenders, warehouse lenders, investors, and the GSEs. From her more than 17 years in mortgage finance technology, Martin has acquired deep operational, technical, and regulatory expertise in the application of eNote (electronic promissory note), eVault, and remote online notarization technologies. Throughout the course of her career, she has led a number of digital mortgage initiatives for organizations such as Ginnie Mae, the Federal Home Loan Banks, and the Mortgage Industry Standards & Maintenance Organization (MISMO). In recognition of her efforts, Martin was selected as a 2023 Woman of Tech by Mortgage Women Magazine, and as a HousingWire Woman of Influence in both 2020 and 2022. She also currently serves on several industry committees including the MISMO Residential Standards Governance Committee, Co-Chair of the MISMO eVault and Remote Online Notarization Standards Development Work Groups, and as a Senior Advisor to MISMO. Prior to joining Snapdocs, Martin held senior leadership positions at Falcon Capital Advisors, MERSCORP Holdings, and ICE Mortgage Technology.

Michael Cafferky is a Principal within Fannie Mae’s Single Family Operations organization responsible for the company’s eMortgage program. Michael graduated with a BBA from the College of William and Mary and has spent the last half of his over 30 years at Fannie Mae developing and managing Fannie Mae’s requirements and technology related to eNotes and paperless closings. Michael is widely recognized as an industry expert on the topic, is a frequent speaker on industry panels related to eMortgages and eClosings, and has provided numerous educational sessions at industry conferences on eMortgage requirements and processes.
With over 20 years of experience in the title and mortgage industries, Greg is a multifaceted professional with experience and expertise in proptech, fintech, home equity, refinance, and purchase solutions. He’s passionate about delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. Greg is currently the SVP Enterprise Development at Atlas Title, a title underwriter and settlement service partner that provides boutique service with the lowest fees in the industry. He is motivated by the vision and agility of Atlas Title, and eager to leverage his diverse perspectives and experiences to support its expansion and innovation. Teri Pansing is the SVP of Corporate Closing and a member of the Executive Team at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. Teri has over thirty years of mortgage experience including originations in both Wholesale and Retail as well as Management in Operations, Training, and Closing. As the SVP of Corporate Closing, Teri oversees various functions and initiatives with respect to Closing Oversight and Strategy. Teri serves on the Advisory Boards for Snapdocs and Wolters Kluwer. She participates in speaking engagements and presents white pages with respect to digital mortgage including eClose strategies and Remote Online Notarization. Partnering to develop standards for the mortgage industry, Teri serves as a Strategic Partner to the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and serves on the board for Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) to improve the closing experience for future customers. Teri was awarded the Housing Wires Insider Award in 2021 for her work in the area of Closing Strategy. In 2022, she received the Most Powerful Women in Fintech Award from My Mortgage Mindset.
