Robert represents financial institutions and mortgage companies across the United States. He has handled matters both at the pre-litigation and initial complaint filing phase as well as being employed during discovery, to depose expert witnesses and at the pre-trial phase to assist the current counsel. On the compliance side, Robert has worked with both legal and business managers for multiple clients to draft and outline procedures in response to pending or new legislation. Robert is a regular speaker at national industry conferences. He is Faculty Fellow with MBA’s School of Mortgage Banking. Robert is an adjunct professor at the Cumberland School of Law and was previously an adjunct professor at the University of Alabama School of Law and the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Chief Appraiser, CoreLogic

Shawn Telford currently serves as the Chief Appraiser for CoreLogic. Telford has been active in the real estate appraisal industry since 1993 and has deep experience in mortgage lending, collateral management and valuation technology. Telford is passionate about driving innovation in the valuation industry. After joining CoreLogic in 2007, Telford successfully led several initiatives to create and implement software as a service and automated risk-based collateral review solutions. Telford is a member of the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) and a past member of the Appraisal Standards Board (ASB). Telford holds a M.B.A., a MS in Computer Information Systems, and a BS in Business Management.

Managing Director - Valuations, Chase

Dan Hofacker is head of the Collateral Valuations Group, a team that supports the Home Lending and Private Banking businesses through an independent valuations team that is focused on sound and accurate appraisals.  Dan is a strong advocate for appraisal industry reform and is involved with the Housing Policy Council’s Appraisal Working Group, OCC’s Project REACh, where he leads the Equitable Appraisal workstream, and the Appraisal Salon. In his 40 years with JPMorgan Chase, Dan has led a number of diverse teams across Home Lending, Technology, Finance and Operations. Born and raised in NJ, Dan graduated from Rutgers University with a MBA in Finance, and a B.S. in Accounting. Dan is also a graduate of the Retail Bank Graduate School of Mgmt. at UVA.

Chief Appraiser, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage

Blane Kezirian is the Chief Appraiser and Head of the Appraisal Group at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. supporting Consumer and Commercial businesses in real estate related lending. Blane’s tenure in real estate for nearly two decades includes leading departments spanning appraisal fulfillment, quality management and internal\external examination engagements. Blane is heavily involved leading Wells Fargo’s internal efforts relating to ensuring equitable appraisals and participating in cross industry efforts such as OCC’s Project REACH and the National Urban League’s Urban Appraisers Initiative. Currently residing in Southern California, Blane graduated with his BA from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Senior Director, Property Valuation, Freddie Mac

Danny Wiley, SRA, is the senior director of property valuation for Freddie Mac’s Single-Family Risk Management division. He is responsible for Freddie Mac’s collateral risk management and its valuation team. He is also responsible for innovation in collateral risk analysis. Mr. Wiley has held appraisal-related positions since 1982, including over 25 years as an independent fee appraiser and eight years as an AMC chief appraiser. He is also a past chair of the Appraisal Standards Board of The Appraisal Foundation and a past member of the Standards Board of the International Valuation Standards Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics, with related work in physics, from Vanderbilt University.

SVP, Single-Family Collateral Risk & Quality Risk Mamagement, Fannie Mae Single Family

Jacob “Jake” Williamson is the Senior Vice President for Single-Family Collateral Risk Management. Reporting to the Executive Vice President for Single-Family, Jake is responsible for oversight and management of all end-to-end collateral, loan quality, and operational risk capabilities. These duties include front-end collateral policy design, loan quality control activities for both credit and collateral, condo standards, property valuations designation & modernization, appraisal bias oversight, real estate liquidation options, and Single-Family operational risk management.
