With more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, Jason has a proven track record of innovative operations and leading cross-functional teams for CRE service operations. Jason joined Slatt Capital full-time in 2017 to manage servicing operations, lead its geographic expansion, and transform their technology. Jason is also a partner in Bridger Fund, a debt fund launched in 2022. Jason's background includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer for BT Commercial, where he was a key figure in the organization and launch of Cassidy Turley. Mr. Berry served as Executive Managing Director of Northern California for the newly formed Cassidy Turley before leaving the firm in 2015 with its sale to Cushman & Wakefield

Grace Bodemuller-Holst is the Director of Operations at Argentic Services Company LP, where she oversees the commercial real estate operations and asset administration team as well as governance, internal controls, audits, tax compliance, policies and procedures, and the employee development program. Prior to joining Argentic in 2019, Holst was a Managing Director of loan servicing and administration at Strategic Asset Services LLC, an H/2 Capital Partners company, where she led the commercial real estate loan servicing team and played an active role in negotiating and implementing servicing agreements for both securitized and non-securitized portfolios. Previously, Holst served as a Senior Vice President at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, where she managed the asset administration of the special servicing division. Earlier in her career, she spent 20 years at KeyBank and ORIX, holding leadership roles in servicing administration (including master, special, primary and sub-servicer servicing), investor reporting, vendor management, REO accounting, due diligence, contract negotiation, risk management, construction disbursement processing, document management, bond/loan acquisition and new business development. Holst remains an active participant and leader in several committees of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, primarily focused on investor reporting and tax compliance. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Lamar University.

Mary Funderburk is Vice President/Senior Closer with Colliers Mortgage in Charlotte, NC. Mary joined Colliers in 2023 after spending 20 years with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital as well as prior stints as a paralegal in residential real estate, corporate and tax along with spending time in various law firms, law enforcement agencies and social agencies. She has specialized in closing loans for insurance companies, conduit lenders and banks across all property types at Colliers and Grandbridge, having closed over 1,500 loans totaling $10 billion for over 120 lenders during her career.

Chuck Ryba is Senior Managing Director and Head of Asset Management. In that capacity, he leads the strategic expansion of asset management initiatives and oversees all asset management functions and staffing at NewPoint. Ryba joined NewPoint in 2024 and brings more than 27 years of experience in commercial real estate finance to the firm. Before NewPoint, Ryba was Senior Vice President and Director of Life Company Asset Management at Bellwether Real Estate Capital (BWE). Ryba was one of the initial two members of BWE's servicing department and, over the course of 15 years, would work to grow the department to over 100 employees managing a portfolio of $46 billion. Earlier in his career, Ryba held production and deal management roles at Capstone Realty Advisors, was an Underwriter at KeyBank, and worked in asset and portfolio management at Mellon Mortgage Company. Ryba earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Muskingum University and holds a Commercial Certified Mortgage Servicer (CCMS) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
