Jim joined Capital One in August 2012 to build and run the Agency Finance Asset Management platform. Prior to joining Capital One, Jim worked at Wells Fargo and predecessor companies for 15 years holding leadership roles in credit, portfolio management, underwriting and asset management. Jim has held positions at Freddie Mac, Arthur Andersen, and First Florida Bank. Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from University of Florida."

Rich has over 30 years of experience in asset management, servicing, special servicing, and portfolio & risk management. Prior to joining M&T Rich was a Senior Vice President on the Agency Finance Asset Management team at Capital One and held senior positions at Newmark, formerly Berkeley Point Capital/Berkshire Mortgage, and MNC Mortgage Corporation. Rich assisted in developing and currently teaches the MBA Multifamily Property Inspection Workshop and earned the CCMS designation from the MBA in 2014.
