Katie's practice focuses on commercial mortgaged back securities (CMBS) including conduit and single asset, single borrower securitizations, collateralized loan obligations (CLO), and Freddie Mac securitizations—both the K Series and Small Balance Loan products representing special servicers, master servicers, sub-servicers and investors (B Piece buyers). Her practice is firmly rooted in providing comprehensive legal solutions to clients' regulatory challenges related to securitization, portfolio, and warehouse servicing agreements, including disclosure, compliance, and audit requirements. Katie also handles sale and purchases of securities, the collapse of pool trusts, workout and foreclosure strategies, asset management, transfers of servicing, and facilitating the sale of commercial mortgage servicing rights, cementing her reputation as an indispensable resource in the realm of real estate finance law. Katie chairs the firm’s Servicing and Special Servicing practice group and is an active member of the commercial real estate community. Prior to joining Seyfarth, Katie was senior director of the Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Department of the Mortgage Bankers Association in Washington, DC from 2003 to 2007. Her key responsibilities included advancing issues, standards, regulations, and legislation to support the commercial real estate industry MBA members in asset administration (including CMBS, portfolio lending, and life company servicing) and loan origination (including lenders, rating agencies, consultants, insurance companies, and attorneys).

Dale Becker is the Director of FHA/USDA Risk Asset Management at Lument. As Director, he manages various duties related to the administration, finance, and operation of Lument's FHA/USDA Risk portfolio. Before joining Lument, Dale held the role of vice president and FHA asset management team lead with Walker & Dunlop. Dale has served as a board member for the Healthcare Mortgagee Advisory Council (HMAC) since 2022. Dale graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Government from Franklin & Marshall College and continued his education at Boston University, obtaining a graduate certificate in real estate finance. Dale is a graduate of the Mortgage Bankers Association FHA Multifamily Underwriter Training Program and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

With over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate and financial services, Tiffany is an Executive Director and Portfolio Manager at Wells Fargo, specializing in loan administration and asset management. Currently managing a Select Client GSE portfolio, Tiffany oversees a team of asset managers with an aggregate portfolio of approximately $820 billion. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital in February 2024, Tiffany managed transitional, non-performing, construction, and mezzanine loans, delivering tailored solutions that optimize asset performance and drive value in complex real estate portfolios. Throughout a distinguished career at Wells Fargo, Tiffany has led high-impact initiatives to restructure and manage distressed assets, negotiate successful workouts, and oversee large-scale commercial real estate transactions. Tiffany combines a deep understanding of the intricacies of loan servicing with a results-driven approach to asset management, ensuring long-term success in navigating challenging market conditions. Known for a keen eye for risk mitigation and market trends, Tiffany excels in developing and implementing strategies that enhance portfolio stability while maintaining a focus on sustainable investment practices. Rich Pardoe is a Senior Vice President, Asset Management for M&T Realty Capital Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing financial analysis, inspections, escrow administration and systems development for GSE loans. He received a Master of Science, Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University and Master of Arts, Public Administration, University of Baltimore. He earned the CCMS designation in 2019 and is a co-chair of the CCMS Philanthropic Committee.
