Marcy Burns serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of the Real Estate Treasury Management at PNC Bank. With a proven track record of fostering enduring client relationships and delivering tailored solutions across all real estate sectors, Marcy is dedicated to positioning PNC as an industry leader. In her role, Marcy focuses on assembling a team of real estate industry experts and spearheading initiatives to enhance PNC's offerings. Most recently, she has been instrumental in the launch of PNC's CMA solution and building a team of specialists in the commercial mortgage servicing segment. Marcy joined PNC in 2008 and specialized in Real Estate Treasury Management since 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona.

Anthony Amo joined Huntington Bank in April 2024 as a Director on the bank’s Specialized Mortgage Solutions Team. His team primarily focuses on providing structured cash management solutions to a large host of customers in the CRE space. Anthony has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including lengthy tenures at Bank of America and Wells Fargo, eight of which have been spent managing large institutional relationships in CRE. Anthony holds a BA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an MBA from Pfeiffer University. Prior to his banking career, Anthony served in the US Army for eight years and is an Iraq War Veteran. Anthony lives in Charlotte, NC, and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, exercising, and playing/watching hockey.

Keeley Fountain serves as the Executive Director of Servicing Operations, overseeing a diverse array of teams and processes. Her teams manage a range of critical functions. The global onboarding team ensures new clients and loans are integrated smoothly into Trimont’s systems, setting the foundation for ongoing service excellence. The data integrity team maintains the accuracy and reliability of data within the servicing system, safeguarding against errors. The global KYC team manages Know Your Customer protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

As Senior Vice President/Managing Director of Asset Management at Berkadia, Dana Jo Martino brings over 30 years of industry experience as a member of the Servicing Senior Leadership team. She has responsibility for Financial Statement Analysis, CMBS Asset management, Advancing, Inspections, Reserves, Insurance, Special Servicing, Surveillance, and Borrower Consent Requests, representing a global team comprised of over 400 CRE professionals overseeing Berkadia’s $422 billion servicing portfolio. Additionally, she has a pivotal role in training and development across Berkadia's global servicing platform. Martino has been with Berkadia and its predecessor companies for 24 years. Prior to joining Berkadia, she spent 13 years at both PNC and Fleet Bank where she focused on construction lending. Martino is a co-founder of Berkadia’s BeWIN (Berkadia’s Women Impact Network), a cornerstone of Berkadia’s DEIB Employee Resource Initiative. Martino is an alumna of Thomas Edison State University, where she majored in Financial Institution Management. She furthered her education with a Master’s Certificate in Real Estate from Monmouth University. An active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the CRE Finance Council, she holds the MBA’s CCMS designation and has served in various leadership roles, currently serving as Chair Elect of the CREFC Servicer’s Forum and is Berkadia’s representative on the FNMA DUS Chief Asset Managers Subcommittee.
