Brian Hanson joined CWCapital in February 2006. His responsibilities are focused on maximizing strategic relationships with clients and business partners of the firm and its affiliates RealINSIGHT and RealINSIGHT Marketplace as well as industry constituents. From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Hanson managed the primary and special servicing and asset management functions for CRIIMI MAE’s $19 billion commercial mortgage portfolio. Prior to CRIIMI MAE, Mr. Hanson served as Chief Operating Officer and Portfolio Director for JCF Partners in Lanham, MD, overseeing their $1 billion real estate portfolio. Prior to joining JCF in 1991, Mr. Hanson was Vice President of secondary marketing and syndications for a financial institution and its wholly-owned mortgage banking subsidiary.

Mr. Haley has been with CBRE Loan Services since October 2005 and currently acts as Senior Managing Director. His primary focus is on Freddie Mac, CMBS and CLO portfolio and asset management. He has over 30 years of experience in the commercial mortgage industry including past employment with Wachovia Securities and GE Capital Loan Services. David has a diverse background including portfolio management, conduit originations, REO and note sales, special servicing and defeasance consulting. Mr. Haley is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and received a BBA in Finance from the Mays College of Business with the University of Houston in 1991.

Leslie Hayton is a Senior Managing Director and Head of CMBS Asset Management at Trimont. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Leslie leads a team of more than 40 commercial real estate professionals responsible for over 12,000 loans with total UPB of approximately $300B. With a career in financial services spanning more than 30 years, Leslie brings a wealth of expertise in financial controls, accounting, and loan servicing. She holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, is a Certified Public Accountant and has earned the CCMS designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association. Leslie is currently on the Board of Governors for the CRE Finance Council. A well-respected industry speaker, she frequently serves on servicing-related panels and has authored several articles.

Dan O’Shaughnessy has been with BWE since 2012 and has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He has been the Director of Life Company Asset Management since 2023, where he is responsible for overseeing the 60 life company relationships totaling over $30 billion in Servicing. He has been actively involved in all facets of Digital Technology initiatives as BWE has transitioned to building their own Asset Management System and has sought to find ways to integrate various efficiencies and enhancements. Prior to that, O’Shaughnessy worked for the NRP Group as a Development Accountant on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) deals where he would shepherd the deals through construction and transition through the 8609-tax credit allocation process and transition to the NRP Management group. Active in various committees and groups related to the mortgage banking industry, O’Shaughnessy is a CMF Future Leaders Alumni, a member of the CMF Servicer Council and CMF Asset Management Committee, as well holds the CCMS Designation. He was a founding member of the BWE Foundation Advisory Committee from inception in 2020 – 2023 and currently sits on the BWE Women’s Network as a Male Advocate and Mentor. He received his master’s degree from Cleveland State University and bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo.
