Steve is the Managing Director of Commercial Mortgage Closing and Servicing for Principal Real Estate Investors, the dedicated real estate unit of Principal Global Investors. He is responsible for managing the closing and servicing activities for Principal’s $30.0 billion servicing portfolio. These responsibilities include establishing strategic direction, providing relationship management to clients, overseeing risk management, pricing of new business and managing profitability. Steve is currently a member of the MBA's Commercial Board of Governors.

Gina DiRugeris joined Newmark in 2018 and serves as Assistant Vice President, Asset Management, in the Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania office. Gina is well-versed in Surveillance, Financial Analysis, and Process Improvements. In her role, Gina manages Newmark’s credit risk and non-credit risk watchlists. This includes acquiring all BOV’s for underperforming assets, and performing loss calculations. She presents monthly to Servicing’s Risk Committee and is responsible for all rating changes and Watchlist reporting to Cantor, Newmark’s parent company. She also oversees Financial Reporting and Trigger Analysis for a $70 billion portfolio comprising approximately 3,900 loans. Additionally, Gina is actively involved with the MBA and is currently participating in MBA’s Future Leaders Program.

Lisa Fields is an Assistant Vice President in the Real Estate Investment area at Pacific Life Insurance Company where she oversees the Debt Asset Management teams. These teams are responsible for credit surveillance of the commercial mortgage loan portfolio, in addition to construction oversight/ inspections and problem loan management/workouts. Lisa joined Pacific Life in 1995 and has over 30 years of real estate experience. She holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from California State University Fullerton and a Certificate in Real Estate from the Paul Merage School of Business, University of California, Irvine.
