Steve is a SVP at Midland Loan Services within the PNC Bank C&IB line of business. His responsibilities include management oversight for the Client Relations, Account Management and Real Estate Solutions teams which support servicing clientele and their investment strategies. He has 28-years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with specific experience in underwriting, asset management, due diligence, loan originations, loss mitigation and client relations. He also oversees coaching, mentoring, and advocating for a pipeline of Development Program Associates as well as Midland’s Internship Program. Stephen is a St. Louis native and lives in Kansas City. He has two sons and enjoys sports and competition of any sort.

Catherine Alexander is VP, Managing Director Commercial Mortgage Loans at Unum. She is responsible for origination, portfolio management and servicing of Unum's commercial mortgage debt and real estate equity investments. Catherine currently serves on Unum's Private Asset Committee and is a member of Unum's Inclusion and Diversity Advisory Board. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Life Mortgage and Real Estate Officers Council. Prior to joining the Investments Department, Catherine served as an attorney in Unum's Law Department supporting Real Estate, Investments and Reinsurance and spent 15 years in private practice.

Michael Heagerty is a Principal and the Chief Financial Officer for Gantry. He oversees the financial performance, management, and strategic direction of all business lines within the company. With a focus on expanding Gantry’s platform, he drives operational enhancements, recruiting efforts, and technology initiatives to fuel the growth of the company’s loan production and servicing capabilities. Establishing Gantry’s Loan Servicing Department in 1994, Michael has played a key role in its evolution into one of the top private commercial loan servicers in the country, managing a portfolio representing over $18BB in loans. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Michael’s leadership extends beyond Gantry. He has served as Chair of the MBA’s Commercial/Multifamily Board of Governors (COMBOG) and was honored with the Distinguished Service Award from the MBA in 2022. Additionally, he is actively involved with Strategic Alliance Mortgage (SAM), a consortium of 20 leading US mortgage bankers, having previously served on its Executive Committee. Michael is also a valued member of the CCMS Designee Society as a regular instructor for the CCMS program. In his spare time, Michael works with local community-based organizations and as an election volunteer in the Bay Area.
