I entered the mortgage industry in 2015 as a Commercial Mortgage Loan Closer for Securian Asset Management and transitioned to the loan servicing side in 2019. As a Mortgage Portfolio Advisor, I interface with our correspondent servicers to manage borrower requests and ensure loan compliance, prepare portfolio reporting, and perform analysis and surveillance required for appropriate risk management. I have also been heavily involved in or led multiple process-improvement projects, including implementations of a new loan management system and a document management system, and spearheaded reporting transformations to optimize efficiencies.
