Jeffrey Weidell is the chief executive officer of Northmarq. After serving as president for eight years, he assumed the role of CEO in 2020 to continue to lead the company’s growth and transformation strategy. As part of this effort, Weidell launched the Investment Sales business for Northmarq, created talent development with the Associate Producer/Associate Broker program, and initiated broader client offerings to include a new investment advisory fund business. Under his leadership, Northmarq’s loan servicing business has expanded quickly and offers customized client services with industry-leading capabilities. Earlier in his career, Weidell was a highly successful mortgage banker, structuring debt and equity financing to meet the unique needs of his clients. He began with Trowbridge, Kieselhorst & Company, which was acquired by Northmarq in 2000, after which he became a managing director for Northmarq in San Francisco. He is an active leader in the industry serving as board member of the Silicon Valley chapter of NAIOP, vice chair of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s COMBOG Multifamily Council, a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and former president of the Bay Area Mortgage Association. Weidell holds the certified mortgage banker (CMB) designation, and earned a BA in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Kathy Farrell is head of the Commercial Real Estate line of business for SunTrust now Truist, a full service provider of banking solutions to owners, operators and developers of commercial real estate properties across the country. Kathy is also responsible for the Real Estate Investment Banking unit which offers debt, equity and advisory solutions to the CRE client base and Truist Community Capital, a leading provider of tax credit and debt financing for affordable housing, community centers and SBICs. Kathy’s career spans 25 years in real estate finance and banking, including origination, underwriting, capital markets, agency production, third party servicing and risk management.
Daniel Heberle is President, KeyBank Real Estate Capital and Executive Vice President, KeyBank N.A. He is also a member of KeyCorp’s Executive Council. In his current role, Dan is responsible for directing strategic growth and business development activities for Key’s commercial real estate finance and community development and investment businesses. He leads a team of professionals providing advice and capital solutions for virtually all types of income producing commercial and residential real estate including acquisition, construction and interim financing, revolving credit facilities and term loans, permanent mortgages, tax credit equity, commercial real estate loan servicing, and cash management services. Previously, Dan served as the Group Head of KeyBank’s Institutional Real Estate Group where he was responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of the group’s strategies with REITs and private equity companies. Dan joined Key in 1998 as a Relationship Manager in Key’s REIT Group and was responsible for the bank’s REIT clients and prospects and held various leadership roles across KeyBank’s Institutional Real Estate Group Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from The Pennsylvania State University and studied Economics at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
