Robert Slatt is a Principal in Gantry’s San Francisco office. He originally joined Gantry in 2007 as a Vice President and was promoted to Principal in 2010. Robert prides himself on maintaining long standing relationships with his clients and capital sources and is a firm believer in integrity, honesty, and having a good name. Since starting in the commercial real estate finance industry in 2002, he has consistently been a top producer at every firm he has worked at.

Catherine Alexander is VP, Managing Director Commercial Mortgage Loans at Unum. She is responsible for origination, portfolio management and servicing of Unum's commercial mortgage debt and real estate equity investments. Catherine currently serves on Unum's Private Asset Committee and is a member of Unum's Inclusion and Diversity Advisory Board. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Life Mortgage and Real Estate Officers Council. Prior to joining the Investments Department, Catherine served as an attorney in Unum's Law Department supporting Real Estate, Investments and Reinsurance and spent 15 years in private practice.
Jennifer (Jen) Jaclin is a Portfolio Manager in MetLife Investment Management’s (MIM’s) Real Estate Group. She is responsible for managing the MetLife Insurance Investors Commercial Mortgage Portfolio in the Debt Strategies Group. Prior to her current role, Jen was Head of Surveillance for Debt Strategies of MIM’s Real Estate group. She was responsible for coordinating MIM’s loan surveillance and workouts, actively managing the existing portfolio of loans, and monitoring the portfolio’s maturity profile. Jen is also a voting member of the Investment Committee, where she is responsible for reviewing and approving new commercial mortgage loan originations to meet MIM’s investment performance objectives. Prior to joining MetLife, Jen worked as a Credit Sector Specialist at Citigroup. She has a BA in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
