Head of Information Solutions, Moody's Analytics CRE

Joseph McBride, CFA, is the Head of Information Solutions, leading product strategy and growth for the Moody’s Analytics CRE data business. With an extensive background in CMBS and CRE product development and strategy, Mr. McBride is passionate about building products for and supporting clients who invest, lend, broker, value, and manage risk in the commercial real estate market. Mr. McBride has experience working closely with large CRE clients and industry groups to build and enhance data, models, and analytics that drive client investment decisions and streamline their work. His research and analysis has been cited in major industry and mainstream publications such as Crain’s, Wall Street Journal, various regional business journals, and other media outlets that monitor the CRE market. Prior to joining Moody’s Analytics, Mr. McBride worked in several departments at Trepp, leading research, product development, and strategic initiatives. At Trepp, he helped large banks build CRE “bottom-up” default and loss models and helped to develop Trepp’s proprietary CRE Default Model along with several other CMBS and CRE products. Mr. McBride is also an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Fordham University.

Associate Vice President, Commercial Research, Mortgage Bankers Association

Reginald (Reggie) Booker is Associate Vice President of Commercial/Multifamily Research at the Mortgage Bankers Association. In this role, Reggie handles MBA's research on the commercial and multifamily real estate markets. His work covers the macro-economy, commercial and multifamily property markets, commercial and multifamily real estate finance, servicing, mortgage banking benchmarking and more. Reggie also oversees MBA's commercial peer business roundtables including CFOs, CTOs, Marketing, and HR heads, and leads special MBA projects, including its CREF Careers and helps with MBAs Diversity and Inclusion program. His work on the commercial real estate finance markets are regularly cited in the media, on Capitol Hill and in regulatory settings.

Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of Research and Industry Technology, Mortgage Bankers Association

Mike Fratantoni, Ph.D., is MBA’s Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of Research and Industry/ Technology. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing MBA’s industry surveys, benchmarking studies, economic and mortgage originations forecasts, industry technology efforts, and policy development research for both single-family and commercial/multifamily markets. Additionally, Fratantoni is president and member of the Board of Directors of MISMO and serves on the CSP’s Industry Advisory Group and the membership committee of MERS. Prior to joining MBA, Fratantoni worked in the industry in risk management and senior economist roles at Washington Mutual and Fannie Mae.

Vice President, Head of Commercial Real Estate Research, Mortgage Bankers Association

Jamie Woodwell is Vice President in the Research and Economics group at MBA, where he oversees MBA’s research and related activities covering the commercial and multifamily real estate markets. Woodwell and his work are regularly cited in the media, on Capitol Hill and in regulatory settings. He is a regular speaker at industry and corporate events; has appeared on CNBC, Bloomberg and in other popular trade press; and testified before the Congressional Oversight Panel for TARP. Woodwell initiated many of MBA’s research activities and created MBA’s Peer Business Roundtables and the CREF Careers program. Woodwell joined MBA in 2004 from Fannie Mae, where he was responsible for multifamily data initiatives. He has also served as senior director of business development at CapitalThinking in New York, research director at the WMF Group in Virginia, and research manager at the National League of Cities in Washington, D.C.
