Stefanos Arethas is Managing Director and Head of Commercial Real Estate at ATLAS SP Partners. Stefanos is responsible for all activities within the group including Principal Lending, Warehouse Finance, Securitization/Syndication and CRE Advisory. Previously, Stefanos was a Managing Director and Head of Originations within the Commercial Real Estate Finance team at Credit Suisse. Additional past experiences for Stefanos include roles as a lead ratings analyst in the Structured Finance Group at Moody’s Investors Services and a lender at Truist Bank on the Commercial Real Estate finance team. Over his 20 year career in real estate finance Stefanos has also guest lectured on Real Estate Finance at Georgetown University, George Washington University and Columbia University. Mr. Arethas received his B.S. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and his Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University.

Kevin Adatto is Managing Director in Northmarq’s Portland office and focuses on investment sales of commercial properties throughout the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West, working with both institutional and private clients. Throughout his nearly 25-year career, Adatto has built a reputation based on his client-first approach and attention to detail that has allowed him to execute at a high level. Prior to Northmarq, Adatto was a Managing Partner and Owner of CPX, LLC (formerly Capital Pacific) since 2005. Prior to joining CPX, he began his career at CBRE in 1999. Adatto has consistently been recognized as a top investment broker year over year.
Roy Chun is a Senior Managing Director and Head of the CMBS Surveillance Group and Commercial Real Estate Research at Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA). Prior to joining KBRA, Roy was a senior director at Freddie Mac, where he led surveillance and various master servicing responsibilities of the agency’s multifamily portfolio of loans and guarantees. Previous to working at Freddie Mac, Roy held various roles at Standard and Poor’s (now S and P Global Ratings) including as head of the CMBS surveillance team, senior member of the Structured Finance team, as well as led global surveillance initiatives. Roy holds a B.S. in engineering and applied mathematics from Stony Brook University and an MBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
As the SVP of Production and Sales, Steve manages a nationwide team of Multifamily professionals, overseeing the development and implementation of initiatives that improve the supply, speed, and flow of capital nationwide, and addresses the rapidly evolving needs of our Optigo® lenders and their borrowers. Previously, Steve managed Freddie Mac Multifamily’s mission business, as vice president of Small Balance Lending (SBL) and Targeted Affordable Housing (TAH). Both groups work to create and preserve affordable housing for America’s workforce, and together they closed over $16 billion in annual volume in 2021 (including tax credit investment and forward rate-lock activities). Under Steve’s leadership, TAH has experienced record volume. Steve began managing the SBL business in 2015 and since then has built the small lending concept into an established loan program with a dedicated lender network and nearly $40 billion in securitized deals. Before leading the SBL and TAH teams, Steve served as chief of staff to the head of production, where he was able to learn the business and hone his penchant for operational efficiency and sound economics in business. He also held previous roles at Freddie Mac as Director of Structured/Portfolio Asset Management and Director of Transaction Management for the TAH business. Steve first joined Freddie Mac Multifamily in 2007. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Government from the University of Virginia.
Stefanie Stewart is head of the West Coast Region of real estate finance at Voya Investment Management. Stefanie has been with Voya for 17 years and currently leads a team responsible for producing approximately $2B of commercial mortgages annually across multiple states. Prior to leading a team, she was a top producer among various territories in the region originating all products across Voya’s lending platform including construction/perm, bridge/value-add, CMBS and fixed rate core debt. Stefanie received a BS in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University.
