Neal is an Executive Director at UBS with responsibility for loan originations nationwide. After a brief time at Lev Capital, Neal returned to UBS where he had been in the Real Estate Finance group for over 9 years responsible for loan originations and underwriting of over $2 billion in transactions completed for CMBS and balance sheet lending products. Prior to UBS, he was an associate broker with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Neal served as the inaugural chairman of the mPact Advisory Committee for Young Professionals and remains an active member of mPact and the Mortgage Bankers Association. Neal holds an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a B.S. from Syracuse University.

Jerry Dunn joined A10 Capital in 2007, as a co-founder of the company. He holds the position of President. Throughout Mr. Dunn’s 25+ year career, he has developed extensive experience starting and scaling nationwide commercial lending businesses. Mr. Dunn has closed nearly $10 billion of structured finance deals in the capital markets and nearly $10 billion of commercial loans across both specialty finance and top-25 commercial bank platforms. Prior to joining A10, Mr. Dunn was an Executive Vice President and member of the Senior Management Committee at Bank of the West. As Chief of Staff, Mr. Dunn was the right-hand man to the Vice Chairman. He assisted in the management of the bank’s largest business group, consisting of 7,000 employees, $25 billion balance sheet, nearly 700 branches serving retail customers and small businesses, 30+ commercial banking offices serving direct and indirect consumer finance division, home mortgage lending division, investments division, property and casualty insurance division, construction lending, and private banking. Before Bank of the West, Mr. Dunn was CEO and co-founder of Aviation Finance Group, a full-service commercial lending business that specialized in middle-market equipment financing of private jets. AFG was acquired by PNC Bank in 2004. Early in Mr. Dunn’s career, he was involved in Commercial Lending Corporation (CLC) startup and was an investment banker for Dean Witter Reynolds in New York City. Mr. Dunn was awarded EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 in Utah Region and is a YPO member. Mr. Dunn attended Colorado State University on a full athletic scholarship and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. Mr. Dunn is also a certified public accountant (inactive).
Lonnie Hendry, Chief Product Officer at Trepp, leads a global team of more than 30 product management and development professionals responsible for the productization and commercialization of Trepp’s suite of commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), commercial real estate (CRE), and collateralized loan obligation (CLO) products and offerings. Mr. Hendry and his team focus on assisting Trepp clients with accomplishing their strategic goals through a variety of Trepp products, customized advisory services, and solutions. Mr. Hendry joined Trepp in 2019 as VP of CRE Product Management and has since played a key role in several transformational sales, business development, product, and research initiatives. During his tenure at Trepp, he has overseen the successful development and launch of several products and services. Lonnie also serves as co-host of The TreppWire Podcast, a renowned weekly CRE show with more than 1.1 million listens. Widely recognized for his industry commentary and data expertise, Lonnie is a frequently cited in the media, including The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, The Washington Post, and leading industry publications such as Commercial Observer, GlobeSt, REBusiness, and others.
Zack Holderman joined CBRE in 2020 and leads the Debt and Structured Finance platform for U.S. Healthcare and Life Sciences Capital Markets. CBRE’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Capital Markets specializes in providing healthcare real estate investors with acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization strategies; assisting providers with strategic capital planning (including monetization and capital raising efforts); and advising health systems, biotech companies, and physician groups in the developer selection process. Over the course of his 20-year career in commercial real estate, Mr. Holderman has been involved in more than $8 billion of debt, equity placement, and investment advisory transactions. While he has developed an expertise in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, he has robust relationships with owners, developers, and capital providers nationally. Previously Zack was a senior director in the San Diego office of JLL Capital Markets, formerly HFF, where he spent 14 years. Professional affiliations include a past board set for NAIOP San Diego Chapter. He holds a BSBA with a triple major from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
Jaime Zadra is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Los Angeles, Jaime is responsible for managing debt originations for the West and Midwest regions of the United States through a broad range of commercial mortgage products on behalf of Core, Core Plus, and Structured debt investors, including Prudential’s General Account, and the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA. Additionally, Jaime has portfolio management responsibilities, including pricing and credit authority, for the company’s Core mortgage portfolio in California, Oregon, and Washington. Since joining the company in 2004, Jaime has originated more than $15 billion of loans across all property types and for all of PGIM Real Estate’s capital sources. Jaime was named managing director in 2019. Earlier, she served as an executive director for 10 years and was debt originations team lead for Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Jaime started her career at PGIM Real Estate as an associate covering relationships in San Diego and Los Angeles. Jaime has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Public Policy Analysis from Pomona College and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Jaime is a Vice Chair of the ULI Los Angeles Capital Markets Council, and a member of the ULI IOPC Red Product Council, a WLI Circle, and the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group Endowment Circle.
