West Region Manager, US Bank Commercial Real Estate

Wayne Brander is an Executive Vice President with U.S. Bank Commercial Real Estate. He is responsible for managing the U.S. Bank commercial real estate offices throughout the Western United States. His primary responsibility includes the development and expansion of U.S. Bank real estate operations. He has been a commercial real estate lender for over 25 years. Mr. Brander is also a member of several industry groups including the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Urban Land Institute. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of L.A. Family Housing, a nonprofit focused on addressing homeless families, the Board of Trustees of the Long Beach Museum of Art, as well as the Executive Committee for the USC Lusk Center Board of Directors.

Managing Director, Bank of America

Mr. Bunch is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets and Banking for the US RESF group. Mr. Bunch joined Bank of America 15 years ago and currently oversees CMBS structuring, distribution, securitization, pricing, large loan structuring and warehouse finance. He also has been responsible for $15.0bn+ of large loan CMBS 2.0/3.0 originations and is the GSE relationship manager for Agency CMBS. Prior to joining the bank, Mr. Bunch was the Head of European CMBS at UBS Investment Bank and he started his Wall Street career with JPMorgan in New York and finished in London overseeing CMBS capital markets.

As Director of Research at Janney Montgomery Scott, Chris Marinac oversees the firm’s Equity Research team, which covers more than 225 companies within the Financials, Healthcare, Infrastructure, and Real Estate sectors. The team aims to provide first-class research on companies and the industry at large, which means staying ahead of the curve, understanding investors, and considering how events today will affect the future. Chris has more than 32 years of financial services and research analysis experience. Prior to joining Janney in 2019, he was Co-Founder and Director of Research at FIG Partners LLC, a premier investment banking and research firm specializing in community banks. At FIG, he established and managed an award-winning Equity Research team that covered more than 150 banks, thrifts, and REITs. Earlier in his career, he spent six years as Managing Director at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and five years as a Research Analyst at Wachovia Corporation (formerly Interstate/Johnson Lane Inc.). He has served as a financial expert and resource to global and national media outlets including American Banker, Bloomberg, CNBC, Financial Times, FOX Business, and the Wall Street Journal. Chris graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. He is actively involved with Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities Inc., where he is serving his fourth, three-year term as a board member.

Associate Vice President, Head of Commercial and Multifamily Policy, Mortgage Bankers Association

Stephanie Milner is the Associate Vice President and Head of Commercial/Multifamily Policy. She is responsible for policy and advocacy execution and member engagement for MBA’s commercial and multifamily members, including the private sector, HUD, and GSE lenders. Prior to joining MBA, Stephanie worked at Fannie Mae where she held several positions, including Director of Capital Markets and Senior Director of Strategy. Prior to that, she practiced law in the areas of Affordable Housing and Structured Finance. Stephanie holds a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law and a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University.

Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Banking, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.

Nipul is a managing director and head of Real Estate Banking, the on-balance sheet lending division for Commercial Real Estate (CRE), the nation’s leading commercial real estate lender. Nipul joined Wells Fargo in 1995 in Commercial Banking and transitioned to Commercial Real Estate (CRE) in 2003. Since 2003, Nipul has held several leadership positions in CRE, including in Real Estate Merchant Banking and the Special Situations Group. From 2018-2020, Nipul served as the Chief Operating Officer for CRE and subsequently as Senior Credit Officer for Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Managed Assets Group. Nipul earned his B.B.A in Finance from Baylor University.
