A lifelong Engineer, Dan Vasquez has enjoyed over a decade of innovation with Rocket Companies. In his role as Senior Solution Architect, he is at the forefront of the organization's artificial intelligence strategy, overseeing teams across Rocket Companies to shape its use of AI and ensure success in this new era. Dan joined Rocket Companies in 2013 and has had the honor of leading major milestones throughout his tenure such as launching the servicing digital experience, the company’s first mobile apps, the Rocket Mortgage online experience at the Super Bowl, and the B2B integration program. Dan has served in roles across the organization, from Software Engineer to Vice President of Architecture, as well as in advisory roles across Rocket Companies.

Devin Norales is a Director for the Mortgage and Capital Markets team in FICO’s Scores division. He has extensive knowledge in the mortgage Secondary and Capital Markets space. Before joining FICO, Devin led a capital markets team for a mid size lender focusing on trading, hedging and loan execution. Previous stops include rolls at Cardinal Financial as well as Movement mortgage where he was focused on leading an asset sales team through system migrations. Devin holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of North Carolina Charlotte.

Senior Product Manager - Real Estate Analytics, Clear Capital

Erica’s passion for innovation makes her a great fit to lead the development of our data and analytics products, including our industry-leading AVM. Her ability to connect machine learning and AI with our property data helps ensure our products provide precise valuations that investors and lenders can rely on. Prior to joining Clear Capital in 2022, Erica was a product manager at Unison, where she helped build software tools for home equity applications and underwriting. This experience helps drive her to help lenders provide a better borrower experience. Erica graduated from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. She enjoys cooking sustainably caught fish, and can be found hiking or at the beach in Southern California.

Managing Partner, TechMor LLC

Chris has consulted at the intersection of Technology and Mortgage for 2 decades. He spent tours with PwC and E&Y. His transition to Mortgage was via his teams at WaMu who subsumed the Thrift and S&L industry. That led to a PwC project Chris where he helped launch MCT Trading. He returned as COO in 2005 until the ’08 crash when he met the now TechMor team as they acquired his client. Chris helped lead the practical implementation of our AI and Machine Learning since 2017. He helped lead their transformation from full-doc manual underwriting as contract services, with thousands of employees, into a spinoff as TechMor. Since its debut in 2019, TechMor quietly emerged as the dominant AI/ML UW Platform with 500,000+ files delivered, including Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA, USDA, & NonQM.
