With extensive experience in mortgage banking and mortgage servicing, Seth leads the Mortgage Banking Consulting Services practice at Richey May. A sought-after speaker, he often speaks on liquidity and the overall challenges in the mortgage industry. Seth joined Richey May from the STRATMOR Group where he was a principal. Prior to joining STRATMOR, he was EVP of Trading & Analytics at Phoenix Capital. Seth also served as SVP, Servicing Asset Manager at SunTrust Mortgage for more than 10 years, where he developed and led their servicing rights valuation team. His career also includes accounting, analytics and auditing roles at Bank of America, KPMG LLP and United Financial Inc. Seth holds the designation of Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) from the MBA.

Cameron N. Beane is the Capital Markets Director for Milliman. Cameron recently joined Milliman after almost three decades of managing capital markets and portfolio management groups at both public and private banks, mortgage REITs, and independent mortgage banking firms. These companies where he held senior level executive roles where: SunTrust, EverBank/TIAA Bank, TD Bank, Genworth and GMAC. Mr. Beane’s core competencies are in the areas of pricing, hedging, product liquidity, capital/credit analysis, portfolio management, technical accounting for mortgage banking, and developing/implementing complex risk management/trading strategies. Mr. Beane had oversight of product development and implementation as well as a multi-disciplined approach to asset retention and sales/securitization. He served as a senior member of the executive committee’s as well as regulator (Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, and CFPB) point of contact for residential/consumer assets.
Emily Hoeft joined Zillow Group in 2020 and leads the transaction management team. During her ten years in the industry, she's worked in various parts of the secondary market including Ginnie Mae securitization, MSR acquisitions, MSR transaction advisory, and whole loan trading. Emily enjoys continuing her industry education through attending conferences and classes put on by the MBA. She is a CFA level II candidate (test date May 2024) and a proud alumna of the University of Colorado - Boulder.
Jerry McCoy is Executive Vice President of Performance Management at LoanCare. McCoy has over 25 years of experience leading and evolving the financial services and mortgage servicing industry. His expertise in data science and passion to empower others has revolutionized the speed and ease of data analysis within the organizations he has served. No matter the role or function, all servicing stakeholders are able to take advantage of data-driven insight to maximize performance. Prior to joining LoanCare, Jerry held leadership positions with Nationstar Mortgage/ Mr. Cooper, JP Morgan Chase, and Fannie Mae.
Chris joined PHH in 2017 and manages all growth for PHH’s residential, commercial, and reverse subservicing units. Chris has helped PHH grow its servicing book to 1.4 million loans ($300 billion in UPB), on their way to becoming the most highly decorated servicer in the U.S. over the past 2 years, through the Fannie Mae (STAR) and Freddie Mac (SHARP) programs for servicing excellence. As a subservicing executive for the past 18 years, Chris has onboarded hundreds of subservicing, MSR/co-issue, and recapture clients, representing more than $100 billion+ of servicing transactions. Chris has built two subservicers from the ground up, managed projects in 8 different countries, and held leadership positions at CoreLogic, LenderLive, Walter Investment, and Arthur Andersen.
