Tara Pettersen has over twenty five years of mortgage banking experience holding numerous roles in Operations, Compliance, and Risk. Tara joined CMG in 2014 and is currently Chief Risk and Compliance Office. As CRCO, Tara oversees Compliance, Licensing, Quality Control, Retail Partnerships, Vendor Management, Fraud, External Exam, Audits and due diligence, and functionally oversees Internal Audit.

Jonice Gray is Chair of the Consumer Financial Services practice at Paul Hastings. She specializes in work with banks, non-bank financial institutions, and other companies providing financial products and services. She works with many of the largest bank and non-bank financial institutions, emerging companies such as fintechs, and retailers whose business operations include consumer and small business finance. Her work is focused on high-stakes legal proceedings, including matters initiated by federal and state regulators, private civil litigation, and internal investigations.
