James Campbell joined Flagstar in 2021 as executive vice president and head of all servicing and subservicing activities for Flagstar’s residential mortgage business. He brings to Flagstar over 30 years in the financial industry with a focus on the customer experience, employee development, process improvement, automation, and change management. Campbell most recently held the role as head of servicing and post-closing at Caliber Home Loans, Inc. His focus on developing an outstanding customer experience was reinforced by his commitment to working with his origination partners in all four channels of lending; retail, wholesale, correspondent lending and direct-to-consumer. His diverse background in the financial industry also included a role at Deutsche Bank as a director and head of asset management for the residential mortgage-backed securities group and as a director at Credit Suisse where he had oversight of the residential mortgage-backed securities servicing portfolios.
Mr. Iseley is a customer service-focused General Management Executive with proven success leading organizations to profitability throughout all economic cycles. Wes Iseley is currently is the Senior Managing Director of Carrington Holding Company. He has P&L responsibility for Vylla Title and Vylla Home. He also is responsible for all external transactions and manages the Carrington relationships across the Carrington family of companies. Prior to Carrington, Wes was President of Saxon Mortgage, a Morgan Stanley Company. His efforts facilitated the purchase of NYSE-listed Saxon Mortgage. Prior to joining Saxon Mortgage, Mr. Iseley served as Executive Vice President, Residential Real Estate with Fremont General in which he had responsibility over originations, servicing and all operations support. With CitiFinancial and Associates, he held full P&L responsibility over large full service decentralized and centralized organizations, nationwide. He is a board member and the current President of the California MBA and the former Chairmen of the National Mortgage Servicer Association.
Sacha Rosenthal leads the Servicing Portfolio Analytics department for the Single-Family Portfolio and Servicing Division. He is accountable for developing strategies and analytics related to portfolio management, loss mitigation, distressed collateral liquidation, natural disasters and climate change, servicing policy, non-performing loan and re-performing loan transaction support as well as analytics to support Servicer relationship management. He is also responsible for servicing data, business intelligence applications and the Servicer Performance Profile. Since 2001, Mr. Rosenthal’s Freddie Mac experience has encompassed several roles spanning both the Investment and Capital Markets Division and the Single-Family Divisions, including structured transactions, servicing capital markets, relationship management and portfolio management. Mr. Rosenthal holds a BSc in biochemistry from the University of Bristol, UK.
John Thibaudeau has over 25 years of real estate leadership experience and is responsible for leading Fannie Mae’s Single-Family Real Estate organization. John oversees the management and operations of all single-family real estate functions including property preservation and maintenance, occupied property management, repairs, HomePath® marketing, sales, and all title and closing activities, as well as the management of real estate vendors and vendor performance. Additionally, he oversees alternative dispositions and pre-foreclosure liquidations such as the Community First™ program, mortgage release, auction, and third-party sales. Prior to joining Fannie Mae in 2003, John began his corporate career with Freddie Mac in 1998. John is also a veteran of the United States Air Force where he served as a Crew Chief on military aircraft. John holds an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and a BS in Business from the University of Texas at Dallas.
