Jeff Snyder is the President of Insurance at Matic, an embedded insurance platform built for the mortgage industry. Since joining the company in 2017, he has been instrumental in scaling its in-house insurance agency, building carrier relationships, and fostering partnership growth — propelling Matic from a small startup to a high-growth insurtech leader. Prior to Matic, Jeff was a founding member of an independent insurance agency startup that sells property and casualty insurance to consumers across the country. In this spare time, Jeff serves on the executive board of the nationally recognized Schey Sales Centre at Ohio University and is a member of the development committee for Junior Achievement of Ohio. He resides in Columbus, Ohio and enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Emily, and two sons, Carson and Cameron.

Robert is a subject matter expert for banks in the insurance sphere and works to provide actionable updates on legislative and regulatory areas as well as advocate on their behalf. In his current role he is responsible for leading and growing all facets of the National Risk Brokerage operation with a focus on Lender Placed brokerage services. He currently serves on the board of the NFA (National Flood Association) and is a key partner with the Office of Insurance Advocacy which provides internal subject matter expertise inside of the ABA (American Bankers Association). Robert has over twenty-five years of industry experience with leadership roles in all aspects of the financial institution insurance sector, from insurance carriers, financial institutions and insurance brokerage companies
Patrick serves as VP of Compliance & Industry Relations for Assurant, the industry’s leading provider of lender-placed insurance and related outsourcing services. Patrick’s team monitors legislation and rule-making that occurs at a Federal, State or Investor/GSE level and leads Assurant’s response to new laws and regulations. Patrick works closely with many industry trade groups and committees to advocate on behalf of stakeholder interests and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Flood Association. Prior to joining Assurant, Patrick worked for nine years at Fannie Mae in Washington D.C. in both Credit Policy, and Audit and began his business career in banking as an internal auditor. Patrick holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
As Senior Vice President of Support Administration at LoanCare, Jackie Torres specializes in process engineering and enhancements. She leads in delivering data-first methodologies and reporting throughout LoanCare’s operation. With her teams spanning across the organization from Consumer Communications and Reporting, Document Control, Releases, and Loss Mitigation, Jackie maintains the objective to meet any operational needs with a “how can we help” approach. Jackie has over 20+ years of mortgage servicing experience, working throughout servicing before moving into data and reporting, where her niche for telling a story through data and enhancing servicing performance took root. Prior to LoanCare, she worked at Cenlar, JP Morgan Chase and Franklin Credit, assisting in data functions.
