Brandon Latman serves as Senior Vice President, Operations Strategy, Control and Head of Default for Mr. Cooper Group. Brandon joined the company in 2020, and during his time as SVP, he has managed many strategic projects that have led to the optimization of team performance. Before his time at Mr. Cooper Group, Brandon worked for Ocwen Financial Corporation for more than five years. Brandon served as Senior Vice President, Retail Lending and Loss Mitigation.

Katie Kulig-Tomsovic is Senior Vice President of Operations Support for Default Servicing. She joined Wells Fargo in 2022 and has responsibility for risk and control support functions and audit oversight. Prior to her time at Wells Fargo, Katie worked at US Bank for six years and HSBC for 23 years, with her experience canvassing both default and performing servicing functions.
Cecelia Raine is Vice President of Servicing Strategy and Integration in the Freddie Mac Single-Family Portfolio & Servicing Division. She leads several ongoing initiatives related to transforming how our servicing partners experience doing business with us. Her responsibilities also include modernizing several technology tools under our comprehensive Reimagine Servicing® initiative. This includes strategic solution design, delivery and industry adoption of the first-ever servicing-related APIs. Ms. Raine has worked in the mortgage industry for over 30 years. Eric Stein has been Senior Advisor in the Office of Housing, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Affairs, since 2022, where he focuses on Federal Housing Administration single-family servicing issues. Previously, he was SVP at Self-Help, a community development financial institution where he worked for 20 years, and its policy affiliate, Center for Responsible Lending. He was also Special Advisor to Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Mel Watt from 2014-19; FHFA is conservator of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. In addition, he was Deputy Assistant Secretary for Consumer Protection at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from 2009-10, where he was responsible for developing, and then working with Congress to enact, legislation creating the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and reforming the mortgage market. Eric has a B.A. from Williams College and a J.D. from Yale Law School.
Vicki Vidal is Senior Regulatory Counsel, Compliance, at ICE Mortgage Technology. In this role, Vicki works with the enterprise’s Servicing Technologies & Product Innovation team to review regulatory requirements and identify upcoming regulatory changes. Vicki also works with key federal agencies to help ICE respond to significant and frequent regulatory changes in the servicing arena. She provides regulatory expertise on a variety of laws and regulations that affect servicing. Prior to joining ICE, Vicki was with the Mortgage Bankers Association for 23 years and was the Associate Vice President for Public Policy and Industry Relations. She was responsible for the trade association’s residential servicing policy and regulatory lobbying activities. Vicki has a B.A. from Sweet Briar College, Virginia, and a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law, Virginia.
