Amanda Phillips has two decades of experience in the financial services industry including holding executive roles in legal and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining ACES Quality Management, Mrs. Phillips was with the law firm Ballard Spahr, LLP where she advised clients on federal and state regulatory requirements governing mortgage lending, including business processes and practices, software, and mortgage documents. Prior to Ballard Spahr, she spent 6 years as in-house counsel/EVP of Legal and Regulatory Compliance for Mortgage Cadence and 5 years as SVP-Director of Compliance for a national mortgage lender. Prior to her roles in compliance, Mrs. Phillips worked in multiple roles on the business side ranging from file set-up and disclosures to processing and underwriting.

Anthony joined the Servbank family in June of 2018 and brings 22 years of experience in Loan Servicing. He recently served as the Vice President of Default Administration for a combined 9 years at Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS). In his tenure at SLS, Anthony oversaw Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, Collections, Default Reporting, Property Preservation and Valuations. Anthony’s prior experiences saw him hold positions of Sr. Management in Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Vendor Management and Financial Services for Vericrest Financial, LandAmerica Lender Services and Ameriquest (AMC Mortgage Services). Anthony was named a 2021 Insider Award winner for operational excellence and his proven success in the Default space has been led by a multitude of projects enhancing efficiency by adding process automation, workflow systems and lean six sigma methodologies.
Nanci Weissgold co-chairs Alston & Bird's Financial Services & Products Group. She maintains a national regulatory compliance practice representing consumer financial products and services providers on federal, state, and agency requirements, including valuation and mortgage lending and servicing. Ms. Marissa M. Yaker, Esq. is the Deputy General Counsel, Regulatory Affairs for Padgett Law Group (PLG). Marissa’s practice is primarily focused on assisting Clients with compliance and interpreting agency regulations/servicing handbooks. Marissa has a passion for agency related servicing and has conducted numerous onsite trainings, participated on conference panels, led digital webinars, and authored numerous articles related to the oversight and servicing of loans. She is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Loan Administration Committee; Former Interim-Chair of Legal League’s Special Working Initiatives Group and Former Vice-Chair of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee.
