Weekly Applications Survey
All survey participants receive the overall summary results weekly and have access to the historical data, which dates back to 1990. There are two forms of data submission: an aggregated submission and a detailed, loan-level submission. Only participants who submit the loan-level data will receive the detailed reports on a monthly basis.

National Delinquency Survey
Survey participants receive copies of the report and tables every quarter. Participants can also subscribe to receive a customized delinquency and foreclosure report that compares their firm's results to rest of the industry.

Servicing Operations Study and Forum (SOSF) for Prime, Subprime and
Special Servicers
Participants in this study receive detailed data output files and a presentation book that outlines their individual company level data as well as compares their data in peer rankings and percentiles to other participating companies. As a benefit of participation, a forum is held in May for participants only to discuss the results of the study.

PGR: MBA and STRATMOR Peer Group Roundtables
Participants in this semi-annual study (Fall and Spring) receive a 110+ page databook with company level data for their peer group as well as presentation books summarizing the results for each cycle. Participants of this study are also invited to attend a roundtable with their peers to review survey results and discuss industry trends.

Mortgage Banking Compensation Survey
Survey participants receive detailed data on employee compensation and profiles of more than 300 residential real estate finance positions.

Builder Applications Survey
Measures loan application activity received by lenders affiliated with or work in cooperation with home builders for loans on new single-family properties. All survey participants receive monthly summary results and non-publicly available statistics regarding the new home purchase market.
