Serhat Oztop

Serhat Oztop is head of Wells Fargo Home Lending. A financial services professional with more than 20 years of experience, Oztop leads a team of mortgage professionals in sales, operations, servicing, capital markets, portfolio management, and supporting functions. Previously, Serhat served as head of Retail for Wells Fargo Home Lending. Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2022, he was a Managing Director at JPMorgan where he served as Channel Executive for Consumer Direct Sales and Chief Marketing Officer of Home Lending. Serhat started his career in management consulting at McKinsey & Co. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bogazici University (located in Istanbul, Turkey) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
