MAA Action Week
MAA Action Week was an overwhelming success, orchestrating our members speaking up on the issues that matter most to our industry. From May 11–15, 2026, MBA rallied members nationwide to engage with policymakers, share their stories, and help shape the future of real estate finance. Every year, MAA Action Week helps real estate finance professionals get involved in advocacy that directly affects their work. Regular engagement through MAA Calls to Action and other outreach helps you build relationships with lawmakers and become a trusted voice for our industry. Your participation strengthens our collective impact!
Together, we delivered impressive results during MAA Action Week 2026:
- 18,167 industry professionals joined or renewed their membership and participated in Action Week activities.
- 115 professional organizations ran company-wide campaigns, including 43 state and local associations, demonstrating broad national engagement.
- 3,191 advocates responded to MAA Call‑to‑Action alerts, contributing to key wins such as the House passage of the MBA‑supported amended version of the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act
