Chuck is the Chief Operating Officer of Essex Financial Group, where he leads the firm's growing team and oversees its servicing and asset management platforms. With more than three decades of commercial real estate finance experience, he is one of the most seasoned operators in the asset management space. Prior to Essex, Chuck served as Head of Asset Management at NewPoint Real Estate Capital. Before that, he spent 28 years at BWE, where he helped grow the servicing and asset management platform to a $45 billion portfolio of CRE Loans. Earlier in his career, he held credit and asset surveillance roles at Mellon Mortgage, KeyBank, and Capstone Realty Advisors. Chuck holds the Commercial Certified Mortgage Servicer (CCMS) designation and is a graduate of MBA's Future Leaders Program.

Julie is a Sr. Mortgage Portfolio Advisor at Securian Asset Management, where she supports the oversight and performance monitoring of a large commercial mortgage loan portfolio. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate finance, she has developed deep expertise in commercial mortgage servicing, portfolio analytics, and borrower transaction management. In her role, Julie leads the analysis and coordination of complex modifications and similar transactions, directs and creates elaborate reports and data visualizations to support risk management and portfolio monitoring, and leads the development of operational and technological efficiencies to streamline workflows and drive greater transparency and collaboration across portfolio operations.
Patti McHugh joined Lument in 2020 and currently serves as the company’s Senior Director of Agency Risk. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Patti leads a team of experienced asset managers to oversee the company’s Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac watchlists, asset management of non-performing loans and loss mitigation strategies. Prior to her current role, Patti worked in CMBS Special Servicing as an REO Asset Manager negotiating disposition of hotel, multifamily, and mobile home park sales. Early in her career, she also worked as a CRE Portfolio Manager and CRE Credit Manager for a local bank.
Nick Wymer is Managing Director of Risk at Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, a national full-service commercial and multifamily mortgage banking firm. In this role, Nick leads the Loan Recovery and Heightened Surveillance team, for BWE's $55 billion servicing portfolio. His team is also responsible for monitoring loan maturities, physical risk, past due payments, watchlist reporting, troubled debt workouts and portfolio impacts from catastrophic events. Nick brings more than 25 years of experience in underwriting, asset management, and workouts within banking and commercial real estate. Prior to joining BWE in 2017, he spent his career at National City/PNC Bank, where he held roles in small business lending, corporate underwriting, and commercial real estate. As an Asset Resolution Specialist, Nick managed a distressed CRE loan portfolio spanning all asset classes and deals ranging from under $100,000 to over $300 million.
